Then, the Blessed One praised the great Yaksha general Yangdak She, saying: "Excellent! Excellent! Because you benefit and bring happiness to all sentient beings, and in order to protect this sacred Dharma, by reciting this secret mantra, immeasurable merit will increase." The nineteenth chapter, the chapter on the Yaksha Lord Yangdak She, from the Golden Light Sutra, the King of Sovereign Sutras. At that time, the goddess named Firm Earth, who was among the many attendants, rose from her seat, bowed her head at the feet of the Blessed One, folded her palms respectfully, and said: "Blessed One, if in a country, the human king does not act according to the righteous Dharma, then the ruler of that country will not be able to bring happiness to many sentient beings, nor will he be able to remain in the high position of kingship for a long time. In the past, in a bygone era, there was a king named Powerful Sovereign Crown, who had a son named Beautiful Crown. Not long after he was crowned from the crown of his head, he received from his father, King Powerful Crown, the king's teachings, called the Oath of the King of Gods. In the past, I ruled as king for as long as twenty thousand years with that king's teachings, the Oath of the King of Gods, and I never knew of even a moment's thought residing in any unlawful direction. At that time, the crown of King Power-Lord, to the crown of Prince Beautiful, with these verses called "The King's Treatise, the Vow of the Lord of Gods," extensively and correctly explained it thoroughly. Benefiting all sentient beings, cutting off all doubts, destroying all sins, the King's Treatise shall be explained. All kings, each individually, should transform into a joyful mind, and all the vows of the Lord of Gods, should be listened to with palms joined. Here at the Vajra-born Mountain King, when the Lords of Gods gather, to inquire of Brahma-Lord, the protectors of the world also rise. You are the chief of gods, Brahma, you are the lord of all gods, you are the one who cuts off our doubts, please cut off our uncertainties. How is a king born as a human called a god? By what cause is the king called the son of a god? If a god, how is it that he is born in this human world, becomes a human lord, and acts as a king for the people? When the protectors of the world asked Brahma-Lord in this way, the chief of gods, Brahma, said to the protectors of the world: Since you protectors of the world have asked me in this way, for the benefit of all sentient beings, I will explain the sacred treatise. Those born in the human realm are the births of kings, and by what cause do they become kings in the lands, shall be explained. By the blessings of the Lords of Gods, they will enter the mother's womb, the gods will bless them first, and then they will enter the womb. Although born in the human world, they become the lords of humans, and because they are born from the gods, they are called the sons of gods. You are the sons of all gods, the thirty-three Lords of Gods, having bestowed the share of kings, transform into the lords of humans. Preventing those who do evil, destroying the non-Dharma, making sentient beings happy by doing good, and for elevating them to the realm of the gods. To you all. The human king is a share of his parents. In order to show the ripening fruit, the gods bless him as king. By the deeds of this life, good and bad, the gods bless him as king in order to show the ripening fruit. Those who commit crimes in the country, when the king abandons them, and does not punish the sinful people with appropriate punishments, abandoning those who commit crimes, then unrighteousness greatly increases. Deceit and cunning also occur again and again in that country. In the thirty-three houses, the power of the gods will be disturbed. Those who commit crimes in the country, when the king abandons them, then unbearable deceit, violent people will destroy the country. When foreign armies gather, that country will be completely destroyed. Enjoyments and lineages will also be destroyed. Whatever wealth is accumulated, in many cunning ways, they will rob each other. Whatever the king does, if he does not do that, like an elephant king's pond, he will completely destroy his own country. Unpleasant winds blow, and unpleasant rains fall. The sun and moon, and the planets and stars will become unpleasant. If the king abandons it there, seeds, crops, flowers, and fruits will not ripen well, and famines will also arise. Those who commit crimes in the country, when the king abandons them, then the gods in the houses will not be happy. All those gods and kings, this king does not have Dharma, he dwells on the side of unrighteousness, they will speak to each other. This king will soon disturb the gods. Because the gods are greatly disturbed, that country will be completely destroyed. Unrighteousness will arise in the country, and it will also be destroyed by weapons. Deceit and cunning, and diseases will also arise everywhere. The powers of the gods are very angry, and the gods will also abandon him. That country will be destroyed. That king will find sorrow. Brothers or even sons, will be separated from loved ones. He will also be separated from his beloved wife, or again, his daughter will die.
