Whoever recites this dharani first, should pay homage to the Three Jewels, recite it without error, and will attain supreme accomplishment. To all the Buddhas, gods, and nagas, one should arrange vast offerings. For many kinds of beings, one should also generate a compassionate heart.

Possessing auspicious golden hue and excellent marks, One should contemplate with unwavering mind. Possessing the sacred Dharma of the Victorious One's teachings, Making definite distinctions for each of the faculties. Having well contemplated the meaning of those words, One should also abide in the practice of emptiness. Victorious One, may all be manifest, If contemplated with unwavering mind, Then one will attain samadhi and wisdom, And the supreme, sacred dharani. Victorious One, through the Dharma of the glorious melodious voice, Subduing all the retinue with that sacred melody. The tongue covers three thousand great thousand worlds, Showing wonders appropriately and individually. To such supreme and sacred speech, Constantly contemplate and abandon fear. This inconceivable mark of the tongue, Is attained through the power of vast aspirations. Showing that all phenomena are without existence, Like being unattached in the sky. Upon the Buddha's tongue mark and sound of speech, If one contemplates that, Aspirations will be limitlessly fulfilled. Whoever makes manifest offerings to Saraswati, Or like a disciple, according to the instructions, Whoever practices that Dharma according to the teachings, Will obtain the highest respects. Whoever also practices supreme wisdom, With unwavering mind, holds onto this Dharma. Merit and wisdom accumulations increase, Definitely achieve, abandon doubt. Whoever seeks wealth will be wealthy, Profit and fame will also be achieved in the same way. Whoever desires to be born also to be liberated, Definitely achieve, abandon doubt. Limitless qualities of many virtues, As one thinks, all are accomplished. Whoever properly abides in this, Definitely achieve, abandon doubt. In a solitary place, wearing clean clothes, In that place, make a suitable mandala, Place four full vases, Offer flowers and incense at the appropriate times. Banners, umbrellas, and streamers, Adorned extensively with powdered perfumes. Offer to the Buddha and Saraswati, Desiring to see that deity, one will see. In front of the goddess Saraswati, Recite for seven or three days, If one does not see that deity, With steadfast mind, recite for nine days.
