我等受持，读诵，讲解，书写，广为他人宣说，更何须赘言。为何如此说？善男子，听闻此《金光明最胜王经》之后，无数百千万俱胝之菩萨将不退转于无上正等菩提。此后于十方一切如恒河沙数之佛刹中，无数百千万俱胝之如来，安住于各自之佛土中，于彼时，于彼刻，以相同之言辞，相同之语调，相同之音声，对安坐于法座之说法比丘如是说道：善男子，汝于未来之时将趋向菩提之精华。善男子，汝已趋向殊胜之菩提精华，安坐于菩提树下，将开示胜过一切三界，超越一切有情之苦行，以及增上苦行之力之加持，无数百千万俱胝之难行之行。善男子，汝将善妙庄严菩提之精华。善男子，汝将救护三千大千世界一切世间。善男子，汝将安坐于菩提树下，战胜不可思议之魔军，其形可怖，示现不悦，以及种种不悦之形相。善男子，汝已趋向殊胜之菩提精华，将现证无上正等菩提，无与伦比，极寂静，离尘垢，甚深。善男子，汝将安住于金刚座之坚固精华上，转动诸佛所赞叹之法轮，至极甚深，无上之十二行相。善男子，汝将敲响无上之大法鼓。

What need is there to mention holding, reciting, explaining, writing, and extensively and correctly teaching it to others? Why is that? Because, noble son, upon hearing this "Golden Light Supreme King Sutra," countless billions of Bodhisattvas will become irreversible from unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment. Then, in countless billions of Buddha-fields throughout the ten directions, as many as the sands of the Ganges River, countless billions of Tathagatas residing in their respective Buddha-fields, at that time, at that moment, with harmonious words, harmonious speech, and harmonious sounds, will say to the Dharma-speaking monk sitting on the Dharma throne: "Noble son, in the future, you will go to the essence of enlightenment. Noble son, you have gone to the supreme essence of enlightenment, and sitting under the king of trees, you will show the blessings that increase the power of asceticism, which is superior to all three realms and surpasses all sentient beings, and countless billions of difficult practices. Noble son, you will beautifully adorn the essence of enlightenment. Noble son, you will completely protect all the worlds of the three thousand great thousand world realms. Noble son, you will sit under the king of trees and overcome the inconceivable armies of demons, whose forms are extremely frightening, appearing terrifying, showing ugliness, and various ugly forms. Noble son, you have gone to the supreme essence of enlightenment, and you will perfectly awaken to unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment, which is incomparable, extremely peaceful, free from dust, and profound. Noble son, you will liberate countless billions of beings from the exceedingly terrifying, great ocean of fear. Noble son, you will completely liberate countless billions of beings from the cycle of rebirth. Noble son, you will please countless billions of Buddhas. Where is the palace of that human king, adorned with various ornaments? Where will the high Dharma seat of the Dharma speaker, beautifully adorned with various ornaments, be arranged on a flower-strewn ground, to go there for the sake of listening to the Dharma? We, the Four Great Kings, together with our retinue and army, and countless yakshas, all act in unison, making the human king a virtuous friend, obtaining virtue, and as soon as we are satisfied with this supreme great Dharma offering, this essence of Dharma nectar, we will provide complete protection to the human king. We will completely rescue, completely embrace, completely nurture, and bring peace and well-being. We will also completely protect the palace of the human king, that city, and that land. We will completely rescue, completely embrace, completely nurture, and bring peace and well-being. We will also abandon punishment. And we will completely liberate that land from all fear, harm, epidemics, and conflicts. Venerable One, Blessed One! Whoever becomes a human king, and in the land of that human king, this King of the Golden Light Sutra, Śreṣṭha (藏文：གསེར་འོད་དམ་པ།，梵文天城体：श्रेष्ठ，罗马转写：śreṣṭha，汉语字面意思：Supreme) appears, Venerable One, Blessed One! If that human king, towards the monks, or nuns, or laymen, or laywomen, who uphold this King of the Golden Light Sutra, Śreṣṭha (藏文：གསེར་འོད་དམ་པ།，梵文天城体：श्रेष्ठ，罗马转写：śreṣṭha，汉语字面意思：Supreme), does not show respect, does not regard them as teachers, does not serve them, does not make offerings, then we, the Four Great Kings, and countless billions of yakshas, will not be satisfied with listening to this Dharma and the essence of Dharma nectar, will not serve them, and the splendor of these divine bodies will not increase. Our diligence, power, and strength will also not increase. The radiance, auspiciousness, and perfection of our bodies will also not increase.
