在那里，放下多少步，就会在此生中增长多少不可思议的王权。在无数的百千俱胝劫中，将获得宽广而广大的，由七宝制成的天宫。人们将获得王族和无数广大的天族。生生世世都将获得大权势。将长寿，将长久生存，将充满勇气，将值得被记住，将充满名声，言辞将非常广大，将值得赞颂，将利益包括天、人、非天在内的世间。天和人们将获得广大而广大的安乐。将变得强大，将具有伟大而强大的力量，并且外形 美好。将具有美丽、悦目和增长美好的色彩。生生世世都将与如来相遇，将找到善知识，将完全获得不可估量的福德聚。大国王们看到这样的功德利益后，那个人间的国王应该在一定的距离迎接说法者，也应该在百里、千里迎接。应该对说法者生起视师之想。又这样想：如来、应供、正等觉的释迦牟尼佛今天将进入我的王宫。今天，如来、应供、正等觉的释迦牟尼佛，将在我的王宫接受斋饭。今天我将听闻如来、应供、正等觉的释迦牟尼佛那与一切世间不相符的法。今天我将通过听闻此法，从无上正等菩提中不退转。今天我将使无数的百千俱胝如来感到欢喜。今天我将对过去、未来和现在出现的诸佛世尊，作供养。

There, for as many steps as are taken, that many inconceivable great royal powers will increase in this life. For countless billions of trillions of eons, one will obtain vast and expansive heavenly palaces made of the seven precious substances. People will obtain royal lineages and countless vast and expansive celestial realms. In all lifetimes, one will obtain great power. One will be long-lived, one will live long, one will be full of courage, one will be worthy of being remembered, one will be full of fame, one's speech will be exceedingly vast, one will be worthy of praise, one will benefit the world including gods, humans, and asuras. Gods and humans will obtain vast and expansive happiness. One will become powerful, one will possess the strength of great and mighty power, and one's form will be beautiful. One will possess beauty, loveliness, and the supreme abundance of excellent color. In all lifetimes, one will encounter the Tathagata, one will find virtuous friends, and one will completely obtain immeasurable accumulations of merit. Great kings, having seen such benefits of merit, that human king should welcome the speaker of Dharma at a certain distance, and should also welcome them at a hundred or a thousand leagues. One should generate the perception of the teacher towards that speaker of Dharma. And again, one should think: 'Today, the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened Buddha Shakyamuni will enter my royal palace.' 'Today, the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened Buddha Shakyamuni will receive alms in my royal palace.' 'Today, I will listen to the Dharma of the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened Buddha Shakyamuni, which is unlike anything in all the world.' 'Today, by listening to this Dharma, I will not regress from the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment.' 'Today, I will have pleased countless billions of trillions of Tathagatas.' 'Today, I will make offerings to the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who have appeared in the past, who have not yet come, and who are appearing in the present.'

Today, I will generate the seeds of virtue for obtaining countless hundreds of thousands of kotis of bodies of a Chakravartin King. Today, I will be completely liberated from the cycle of rebirth for countless hundreds of thousands of kotis of kalpas. Today, I will completely gather immeasurable, unsurpassed, vast, and inconceivable accumulations of merit. Today, I will provide great protection to all the retinues of queens. Today, I will make the surroundings of the royal palace peaceful and happy, inconceivable, extremely excellent, and unsurpassed. Today, I will protect all these places. One should generate the thought: May they be completely protected, without harm, without enemies, not trampled by all enemy armies, without infectious diseases, and without strife. Great Kings, whether it be a bhikshu, bhikshuni, upasaka, or upasika who upholds this "Golden Light Sutra, King of Sutras," the human king should treat them with respect for the Dharma, honor them as teachers, make offerings, and pay homage. Great Kings, if you four Great Kings, along with your retinues and armies, as well as the assembly of gods and countless yakshas, offer food to them, then that human king will accumulate merit, accumulate virtue, and the great power of kingship of this life's body will increase inconceivably. In this life, he will possess great royal majesty.
