Venerable Bhagavan, if that hostile neighboring king assembles an army of four divisions, and for the sake of attacking the enemy's forces, departs from his own country, leading the four divisions of the army to that country, and intends to destroy the country where the King of the Noble Sutra of Golden Light resides, Venerable Bhagavan, we four great kings, together with our armies and attendants, and tens of thousands of yakshas, without sparing our lives, will go there. Even if the enemy's forces have already invaded, we will make them retreat. We will also create various kinds of disturbances. We will also create obstacles. For example, if the enemy's forces cannot even reach that country, how could they possibly destroy it? Then, the Bhagavan praised those four great kings, saying: Great kings, well done, well done! Great kings, you are also well done! For the sake of this unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, which you have diligently practiced for countless billions of kalpas, you must always protect those who listen to, respect, and make offerings to the human king, the King of the Noble Sutra of Golden Light. Great kings, you four together with your armies and retinues, when in this Jambudvipa, in those eighty-four thousand cities, those eighty-four thousand kings are exceedingly delighted with their own countries, exceedingly delighted with the power of their kingdoms, do not harm each other's heaps of wealth, do not generate mutual harm, and each As they have accumulated karma in the past and obtained kingship, they are delighted with the power of their own kingdoms, do not destroy each other's countries, and are not harmed by others for the sake of destroying countries, when in this Jambudvipa, in those eighty-four thousand cities, those eighty-four thousand kings transform into minds of loving-kindness towards each other, transform into minds of loving-kindness and minds of benefit, do not fight each other, do not expose faults, do not argue or war, and are delighted in their own countries, therefore, great kings, you four together with your armies and retinues, Jambudvipa will become prosperous, the years will become good, it will become delightful, it will be filled with beings and many people, and the land will also become blessed, and all the times and months, fortnights and annual cycles will also be endowed with the correct seasons, and the planets and stars, the moon and the sun will also move well day and night, and the flow of rain will also fall on the earth at the right times, and all the sentient beings dwelling in the entire Jambudvipa will also become wealthy in all riches and grains, become greatly enjoying, without miserliness, endowed with generosity, endowed with the path of the ten virtuous actions, and most will be reborn in the happy realms of the higher worlds, and the abodes of the gods will also be filled with gods and sons of gods.
