Great Kings, you four, together with your armies and attendants, out of compassion for countless yakshas, if you constantly and continuously listen to this King of the Sublime Golden Light Sutra, then the river of listening to the Dharma, this essence of Dharma nectar, will satisfy your bodies. The great splendor of your divine bodies will also increase. Your diligence and power will also increase. Your glory, wealth, and perfection will also increase. That human king will also make unimaginable, vast offerings to me, the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened Buddha, Shakyamuni. That human king will also make offerings with unimaginable, vast, and extensive items to countless billions of Tathagatas who have appeared in the past, future, and present. Therefore, that human king will receive great protection. Therefore, that human king will receive universal protection, complete rescue, complete acceptance, complete protection, elimination of punishment, peace, and happiness. The sacred queen, the princes, all the queen's entourage, and the entire royal palace entourage will also receive great protection. Complete rescue, complete acceptance, complete protection, elimination of punishment, peace, and happiness will be achieved. All the gods residing in the royal palace entourage will also become very radiant, very powerful, and possess unimaginable happiness and bliss. They will experience various joys. Those cities and villages will also be universally protected and completely protected.

May he also perform great protection for the noble queen, the princes, the daughters of the king, and the assembly of the queen's retinue. May he also bring peace and happiness to all the king's palace retinue, and accomplish immeasurable, supremely excellent, and unsurpassed greatness. In this very life, may he increase the immeasurable great power of my kingdom. May the king himself be endowed with immeasurable qualities. May he also fully uphold the immeasurable accumulation of merit. May he also fully protect all my lands. May he also completely protect them. If he can make my land without harm, without enemies, not trampled by the armies of the other side, without epidemics, and without war, then, Venerable Blessed One, may that human king listen to this supreme Golden Light Sutra King with an undistracted mind, with a respectful mind, and with an offering mind, with reverence and respect. In order to listen to this supreme Golden Light Sutra King, may that human king go to a particularly excellent royal palace. Having arrived there, may the royal palace be sprinkled with various scented waters and scattered with various flowers. Having put on fragrant clothes, beautiful silk garments, he should adorn himself with various kinds of ornaments. I will spread a very low seat, and having arrived at that seat, I will not be arrogant with the pride of a king. There, I will not be attached to the power of kingship. With a mind that has abandoned all pride, arrogance, and haughtiness, I will listen to this King of the Golden Light Sutra. Towards that Dharma-speaking monk, I will also generate the perception of a teacher. That human king, at that time, at that moment, should look with love and benefit upon the noble queen, the princes, the princesses, and the assembly of the queen's retinue. He should speak sweet words to the noble queens, the princes, and the princesses. He should also speak sweet words to all the assembly of the queen's retinue. For the sake of listening to the Dharma, he should offer various kinds of offerings. With immeasurable and incomparable joy, I will be satisfied. With immeasurable joy and happiness, I will be happy. Make the senses happy. I will think that I have obtained great meaning. I will rejoice with great joy. Having generated great joy, I will go to welcome the Dharma speaker.
