Venerable World-Honored One, whenever a human king respects, honors, serves, and makes offerings to a Bhikshu, or a Bhikshuni, or a male lay practitioner, or a female lay practitioner, who upholds this 'Lord of Sutras,' Venerable World-Honored One, we, the four great kings, will treat that great human king with the utmost respect, utmost honor, utmost service, and utmost offerings among all kings, and also greatly praise him in all lands.
