འ་སྩལ་པ། དགེ་སློང་དག་ཁྱེད་བསྐལ་པ་གྲངས་མེད་པ་སུམ་ཅུ་འདས་པའི་འོག་ཏུ། བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་སུ་འགྱུར་ཏེ། བསྐལ་པའི་མིང་ནི་རྒྱལ་བར་དགའ་བའི་འོད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ། ཡུལ་གྱི་མིང་ནི་དྲི་མ་མེད་པའི་འོད་ཅེས་བྱ་བར་དུས་གཅིག་ཏུ་ཀུན་ཀྱང་། བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་འཚང་རྒྱ་སྟེ། དེ་དག་ཀུན་ཀྱང་མཚན་སྨོན་ལམ་རྣམ་པར་བཀོད་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་མཚན་བཅུ་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཞེས་ལུང་བསྟན་ཏོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ཚངས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་གསེར་འོད་དམ་པ་མདོ་སྡེའི་དབང་པོའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་གང་ཉན་པ་དང་འཛིན་པ་དེ་དག་ནི་མཐུ་དང་། གཟི་བརྗིད་ཆེན་པོ་དང་ལྡན་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དཔེར་ན་གང་ལ་ལ་ཞིག་ གིས། ཐབས་དང་མི་ལྡན་པས་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་དྲུག །བསྐལ་པ་ཆེན་པོ་བརྒྱད་སྟོང་དུ་སྤྱོད་པ་བས། གང་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུའམ། རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་མོ་གང་ལ་ལ་ཞིག་གིས། གསེར་འོད་དམ་པ་མདོ་སྡེའི་དབང་པོའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་འདི་གླེགས་བམ་དུ་བྲིས་ཏེ། ཟླ་བ་ཕྱེད་ཕྱེད་ཅིང་སེམས་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་བྱས་ཏེ་ཀློག་ཅིང་འདོན་ན། བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་ཕུང་པོ་འདི་ལ། བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་ཕུང་པོ་སྔ་མ་དེས་བརྒྱའི་ཆར་ཡང་ཉེ་བར་མི་ཕོད་པ་ནས། གྲངས་སུ་བགྲང་བ་དང་དཔེར་བསྒྲུན་པར་ཡང་མི་བཟོད་དོ། །ཚངས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་ལྟ་བས་ན། ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་རྟག་ཏུ་ཡིད་ལ་བྱ་ཞིང་། ནན་ཏན་དུ་བསྒྲུབ་པ་དང་། གཟུང་ཞིང་གཞན་ལ་ཡང་ཡང་དག་པར་རྒྱ་ཆེར་བསྟན་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན། སྔོན་འདས་པའི་དུས་ན་ང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་སྤྱད་པ་སྤྱོད་པའི་ཚེ། ཇི་ལྟར་སྐྱེས་བུ་དཔའ་བོ་གཡུལ་ངོར་ལུས་དང་སྲོག་ལ་མི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ། ངས་ཀྱང་མདོ་སྡེའི་དབང་པོའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་འདི་གཟུང་ཞིང་འཛིན་པ་དང་། ཀློག་ཅིང་འདོན་པ་དང་། གཞན་ལ་ཡང་རྒྱ་ཆེར་ཡང་དག་པར་སྟོན་པ་ལ་ཐོགས་པ་མེད་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །ཚངས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་དཔེར་ན་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ནམ་འཇིག་རྟེན་ན་གནས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སྣ་བདུན་ཡང་མེད་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །གལ་ཏེ་རྒྱལ་པོ་མི་བཞུགས་ན། རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སྣ་བདུན་ཡང་མོད་ལ་མེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཚངས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་ལྟར་དེ་བཞིན་དུ། གསེར་འོད་དམ་པ་མདོ་སྡེའི་དབང་པོའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་འདི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ན་གནས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ། བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་ཆོས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་ནུབ་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །མདོ་སྡེའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་འདི་ནམ་མེད་པ་ན་གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་ནུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ལྟ་

阿，赐予者！诸比丘，你们在三十无数劫之后，将成无上正等觉佛。劫名为胜喜光王，国土名为无垢光，届时所有这些都将证得无上圆满正等觉。他们都将具足十种功德名号，名为愿力善巧王。如是授记。此外，大梵天，凡听闻和受持《妙金光明经王》者，都将具有威力和大光荣。譬如，有人不具方便，于八千大劫中修持六波罗蜜多，不如任何具善根的男子或女子，将此《妙金光明经王》书写于书卷，每月两次以专注之心读诵，此功德聚，前者之功德聚连百分之一都无法比拟，更不用说计数和比较了。大梵天，因此，你应该时常忆念，努力修持，受持，并为他人广为宣说。为何如此呢？往昔我行菩萨行时，如同勇士在战场上不顾身命一样，我受持、忆念、读诵此《经王》，并为他人广为宣说，毫无障碍。大梵天，譬如转轮王在世间时，七宝也不会消失。如果国王不在世，即使有七宝，也会如同没有一样。大梵天，同样，只要此《妙金光明经王》在世间，一切无上的法宝也不会隐没。如果此经王消失，其他法宝也会随之隐没。如是

O, Giver! Monks, after thirty countless eons, you will become unsurpassed Buddhas. The eon will be named King of Joyful Light, and the land will be named Immaculate Light, at which time all of these will attain unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment. All of them will possess the ten qualities of names, called King of Skillful Wishes. Thus it was prophesied. Furthermore, Great Brahma, those who hear and uphold the Noble Golden Light Sutra King will possess power and great glory. For example, someone who, without skillful means, practices the six perfections for eight thousand great eons, is not as meritorious as any son or daughter of good family who writes this Noble Golden Light Sutra King on a scroll and recites it twice a month with a focused mind. This accumulation of merit cannot be compared to even one percent of the former accumulation of merit, let alone be counted or compared. Great Brahma, therefore, you should always remember, diligently practice, uphold, and widely proclaim it to others. Why is that? In the past, when I was practicing the conduct of a bodhisattva, just as a brave warrior on the battlefield does not consider his life, I upheld, remembered, recited this Sutra King, and widely proclaimed it to others without any hindrance. Great Brahma, for example, as long as a wheel-turning king remains in the world, the seven precious jewels will not disappear. If the king is not in the world, even if there are seven precious jewels, it will be as if there are none. Great Brahma, likewise, as long as this Noble Golden Light Sutra King remains in the world, all the unsurpassed Dharma jewels will not be obscured. If this Sutra King disappears, other Dharma jewels will also disappear along with it. Thus

Therefore, one should listen to this King of Sutras with a single mind, uphold it, recite it, and extensively explain it to others, have it written down, and without regard for body and life, without fearing fatigue and weariness, one should practice the perfection of diligence. My retinue should also learn and diligently practice in this way, because it is the most excellent among merits. Then, the great Brahma King and others, along with countless Brahma retinues, as well as Indra, the King of Gods, the Four Great Kings, and other Yaksha Kings, all rose from their seats, bared one shoulder, knelt on their right knee, folded their palms in reverence, and addressed the Blessed One, saying: "Blessed One, we will also protect and propagate this King of the Golden Light Sutra. When this Dharma is taught, we will eliminate all obstacles and hindrances, and make it auspicious, perfect its color and power, endow it with unimpeded eloquence, make body and mind peaceful, and also enable its retinue to experience happiness. If the country where they reside experiences famine, the fear of war, or is harmed by non-humans, we, the retinue of gods, will fully protect them, so that they may be happy and joyful, and that calamities may not occur. They will also know that this is the power of us gods. If someone makes offerings and respects this sutra, we will make offerings and respect him as we would the Buddha, the Blessed One."
