Wearing clean clothes, make offerings with incense, flowers, and various foods, etc., and enter the mandala. First, recite the names of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas mentioned earlier, respectfully prostrate and confess sins, then kneel on the ground with your right knee, and recite that mantra a full one thousand and eight times. After that, sit up straight and think about what you want. Then, before sunrise, eat one clean meal in the mandala. After fifteen days have passed, come out of that mandala. That person will have immeasurable power of merit and glory, and all wishes will be fulfilled. Even if the wish is not fulfilled, if you enter that mandala, the wish will be fulfilled, so always remember it from then on. This is the Dharani called "Golden Light" from the Sutra of Golden Light, the eighth chapter. Then, after the Blessed One spoke that Dharani, for the benefit and happiness of the assembled retinue of Bodhisattvas, Mahasattvas, gods, humans, etc., and to explain the ultimate truth of emptiness, at that time he spoke these verses. In other inconceivable sutras, the Dharma of emptiness has been extensively explained, therefore, in this supreme sutra, the Dharma of emptiness will be briefly explained. Because sentient beings have small minds and cannot fully understand, therefore, in this supreme sutra, the Dharma of emptiness will be briefly explained. In order for all sentient beings to understand, and for the benefit of sentient beings, by the power of compassion, through skillful means, methods, and other causes, this supreme sutra is explained. This body is like an empty village, the senses are like armies and robbers. They all live in the same village, but they do not know each other. The eye faculty runs after forms, the ear faculty discerns sounds, the nose faculty snatches various smells, the tongue faculty always runs after tastes, and the body faculty enjoys touch.

running. The mind's senses discern all dharmas. These six senses, among themselves, Thoroughly enter their respective realms. The mind is like an illusion, constantly moving. The six senses are the discernment of objects, Like a person running through an empty village, Like dwelling with armies and thieves. Like a bird settling in six places, And also knowing well the realm of the senses. Thus, the mind enters and abides in the realm, And also knows well the realm of the senses. Form, sound, and likewise smells, Taste, touch, and likewise the realm of dharmas. The mind, in all six senses, Moves as if entering the senses. Wherever a sense settles, That sense is the self-nature of consciousness. The body is without movement and without action, Without essence, it arises from conditions. Not real, it arises from complete conceptualization, It exists like the wheel of karma in an empty village. The elements of earth, fire, water, and wind, Dwell in other villages, dwelling in all directions. Like a venomous snake dwelling in one place, They are not always in harmony with each other. Those four elemental snakes, Two go upwards, two go downwards. In all directions and intermediate directions, there are two each, Those elemental snakes will all perish. The earth snake and the water snake, These two are exhausted in the (lower) direction. The fire snake and the wind snake, These two go upwards into the sky. Thus, by the deeds done in the past, The mind and consciousness dwell and go everywhere. In the three realms of gods, humans, and evil destinies, According to the deeds done, one is born into existence. When phlegm, wind, and bile are exhausted, The body is filled with urine, feces, and vomit. Extremely unpleasant, it turns into a corpse of worms, Scattered in the charnel ground like wood. O goddess, you should look at these dharmas, What sentient being or person is there in this? All these dharmas are emptiness, They arise from the conditions of ignorance. These great elements are not born from great elements, They arise from the unborn and do not arise, Why is it that the great elements do not arise? Therefore, it is called a great element.
