不守护自己的主人，舍弃所有其他的神。那个国家自己毁灭，国王遭受痛苦。父母、妻子和儿子们，兄弟和姐妹们，立刻与痛苦分离，最终自己也将死去。不祥的流星也会坠落，两个太阳同时出现。外来的敌人逼近，国民因战争而死亡。国家尊敬的大臣们，无辜地突然死去。大象、马等珍爱之物，全部溃散消失。各个地方都有敌人，大多数人非时而死。许多鬼怪进入国家，瘟疫到处蔓延。国民、大臣和许多亲友，所有人的心都充满欺骗，所有人都行非法之事。如果看到行非法之事，就喜爱并尊敬。对于行善法的人，以痛苦和烦恼来断绝。因为喜爱和尊敬邪恶，断绝善良，所以星辰、风和雨，全部不会按时运行，三种过失将会产生。真正的佛法将会衰落，众生的颜色没有光彩，大地的精华向下流失。因为尊敬罪恶而轻视善良，还会出现另外三种过失。非时降霜和冰雹，饥荒的痛苦到处蔓延。许多谷物和果实，全部失去美味。在那些地方，大多数众生都会生病。在那个国家，树木，以前果实美味，因为它的影响而衰败，变得粗糙而没有美味。以前令人愉悦的森林，令人喜爱和玩耍的地方，全部干枯衰老，所有见到的人都感到悲伤。稻米、青稞和谷物，美味几乎消失，吃的时候心情也不愉快，怎么能增长四大元素呢？众生的颜色失去光彩，力量耗尽衰弱。即使吃很多食物，也不会感到饱足。那个地方所有的众生，

Does not protect one's own master, abandons all other gods. That country destroys itself, and the king suffers. Parents, wives, and sons, brothers and sisters, are immediately separated from suffering, and eventually one will also die. Inauspicious meteors will also fall, and two suns will appear simultaneously. Foreign enemies approach, and the people of the country die in war. The respected ministers of the country die innocently and suddenly. Elephants, horses, and other cherished things are all scattered and lost. There are enemies in every place, and most people die untimely. Many ghosts and demons enter the country, and plagues spread everywhere. The people of the country, ministers, and many relatives and friends, all have hearts full of deceit, and all engage in non-Dharma activities. If they see non-Dharma activities, they cherish and respect them. For those who practice virtue and Dharma, they cut them off with suffering and afflictions. Because they cherish and respect evil and cut off goodness, the planets, stars, wind, and rain will not run on time, and three kinds of faults will arise. The true Dharma will decline, the colors of sentient beings will not have radiance, and the essence of the earth will flow downwards. Because they respect sin and despise virtue, three other faults will also occur. Untimely frost and hail will fall, and the suffering of famine will spread everywhere. Many grains and fruits will all lose their delicious taste. In those places, most sentient beings will become ill. In that country, the trees, which used to have delicious fruits, will decay because of its influence, becoming rough and without deliciousness. The previously delightful forests, places to be loved and played in, will all dry up and become old, and all who see them will feel sadness. Rice, barley, and grains will almost completely lose their delicious taste, and if one is not happy when eating them, how can the great elements be increased? The colors of sentient beings will lose their radiance, and their strength and power will be exhausted and weakened. Even if they eat a lot of food, they will not feel full. 因为力量弱小，没有勇气，所以事情都不能做。大多数百姓都染上疾病，各种痛苦折磨身体。因为妖魔鬼怪到处蔓延，所以一切众生都转生成罗刹。国王如果经常行非法之事，亲近不善的朋友，那么世间三种有情，因此遭受各种损害。像这样无边的过患，也会从国家中产生，即使见到作恶之人，也是因为没有驱逐他们而造成的。即使众神都加持，让他做了国家的国王，也不会用真正神圣的佛法，来守护整个国家。如果有人行善，就会经常转生到天界。如果做了恶业，命终后一定会堕入恶道。如果国王放任百姓，恣意妄为地作恶，那么三十三天众神，都会非常悲伤。不按照诸神和父母的教导行事，这是非法之人，国王不是侍奉的儿子。如果在自己的国家中，见到有行非法之事的时候，如果依法进行惩罚，而不生舍弃之心，因此众多的神灵，都会救护那位国王。为了修持菩提行，如果平息各种罪恶之法，国王今生就会， निश्चित地体验到可见的异熟果报。对于善与不善的业，劝勉众生行善断恶，因为显示了善恶的果报，因此即使获得了人王之位，诸神也会一起加持，一切都会随喜。为了利益自己和他人，应当以真正的佛法来治理国家。如果见到有人作弊，应当依法进行惩罚。即使失去了王位，或者发生了危及生命的灾难，任何时候也不要行恶法，见到罪恶就要断除。在各种损害中，最严重的就是失去王位。这一切都是因为欺骗他人造成的，所以应当依法进行惩罚。如果存在欺骗行为，王位也会丧失，王位也会衰败。

Because of weak strength and lack of courage, one cannot accomplish anything. Most of the people are afflicted with diseases, and various sufferings torment their bodies. Because demons and spirits spread everywhere, all beings are born as Rakshasas. If the king constantly engages in non- Dharma activities and associates with unwholesome friends, then all three realms of sentient beings will suffer various harms. Such endless faults will also arise from the country, even if evil people are seen, it is because they have not been expelled. Even if all the gods bless him and make him the king of the country, he will not use the truly sacred Dharma to protect the entire country. If someone practices virtue, they will always be reborn in the heavens. If one commits evil deeds, they will surely fall into the lower realms after death. If the king allows the people of the country to act recklessly and commit evil, then the thirty-three gods will all be very saddened. Not acting according to the teachings of the gods and parents, this is an unlawful person, and the king is not a dutiful son. If, in one's own country, one sees people engaging in non- Dharma activities, if one punishes them according to the Dharma and does not give rise to a mind of abandonment, then many gods will protect that king. In order to practice the Bodhisattva conduct, if one pacifies all sinful Dharmas, the king will surely experience the visible ripening results in this very life. For good and non-good deeds, encourage sentient beings to practice virtue and abandon evil, because the results of good and evil are shown, therefore, even after obtaining the position of a human king, the gods will bless him together, and everyone will rejoice. In order to benefit oneself and others, the country should be governed by the true Dharma. If one sees someone cheating, they should be punished according to the Dharma. Even if the throne is lost, or a life-threatening disaster occurs, one should never engage in evil Dharmas, and when one sees evil, one should abandon it. Among all harms, the most serious is the loss of the throne. All of this is caused by deceiving others, so one should be punished according to the Dharma. If there is deception, the throne will also be lost, and the throne will also decline.
