Tsi tsi. Tsu tsu tsu tsu. Caṇḍeśvara. Śikhara śikhara. Uttiṣṭha he. Bhagavan samvid jñāya svāhā. If anyone holds this vidyā-mantra, I will serve them with the necessities of life, such as medicine, food, drink, clothing, flowers, fruits, and wonderful jewels. If they wish to fully possess men, women, boys, girls, gold, silver, jewels, and various ornaments, I will combine everything and fulfill their wishes without any decline or poverty. This vidyā-mantra is endowed with great power, so when the mantra is recited, I will quickly come to that place and accomplish everything as desired without any obstacles. When reciting this mantra, perform the appropriate rituals, and at the very beginning, draw a picture of the yaksha Yangdak She's form, about four or five spans in height, holding an axe in his hand. In front of that image, create a square mandala and place four vases filled with honey water or molasses water. Also, scatter scented powders, incense, flowers, and garlands. Furthermore, make a hearth in front of the mandala, place charcoal embers inside it, and burn butter and mustard seeds. Recite the previous mantra one hundred and eight times, and burn one offering for each recitation of the mantra. Then, I, the great yaksha general, will personally come to that place and manifest my body, asking the mantra reciter what they need and what objects they desire in their heart. As I have promised, I will fully provide all the desired objects. If they wish to find gold, silver, or treasure, or if they wish to become a divine sage and travel in the sky, or if they desire the clairvoyance of the divine eye, to know the minds of others, to have complete control over all sentient beings, to cut off afflictions, and to quickly attain liberation, I will fully accomplish everything. Then, the Bhagavan spoke to the great yaksha general, saying,

Then, he spoke to Ya Ma Ga: "You have spoken this mantra in order to benefit all sentient beings in this way. You have completely protected the true Dharma and benefited those who are boundless in merit. Well done! Well done!" This is the nineteenth chapter, "The Great Yaksha General Correct Knowledge," from The Golden Light Sutra, the King of Sutras. Then, the great earth goddess, Bhṛtanā, rose from her seat among the many attendants. She bowed her head to the feet of the Blessed One, respectfully folded her palms, and said to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, if there is no true Dharma for a human king to rule in various lands, he will not be able to govern the country and nourish the many people, nor will he be able to remain in a particularly excellent royal position for a long time. Blessed One, please consider me with love and compassion. Please explain to me the Dharma of kings, the true scriptures, and the meaning of governing the country. Therefore, by hearing this Dharma, the human kings will manifestly accomplish as it is taught, truly subdue the world, and the particularly excellent royal position will be forever happy and peaceful, and it will also benefit all the people living in the country." Then, the Blessed One said to the earth goddess Bhṛtanā among the many attendants: "Listen carefully. In the past, there was a king named Strength Lord Crown. That king had a son named Beautiful Crown. Not long after he was crowned from the head, the king, his father, said to Beautiful Crown: 'There is a true scripture of the Dharma of kings called the Instructions of the Lord of Gods. When I was crowned from the head and became the lord of the land, my father, named Wisdom Strength Lord Crown, taught me this true scripture of the Dharma of kings. Relying on this scripture, I governed the country well for twenty thousand years, and I never had the thought of doing anything unlawful, not even for a moment.'
