Everything will become false. Whoever has committed heinous sins, Will be tamed by the Buddha's teachings. Likewise, whoever is an Arhat, And however many words of gratitude there are, Shariputra and Maudgalyayana, The Blessed One's great and supreme retinue. All such words of truth, May they all be accomplished for me. Today, I invite the Buddha's Shravaka retinue, May they all come here, May they all swiftly come here, And fulfill my aspirations. Whatever true words are sought, May all be without deception. Above, down to the Akanishtha gods, The gods of the Pure Abodes and, Great Brahma, Brahma's attendants and, The retinue of the Brahma King and, Those pervading the three thousand worlds and, The lords of the Sahā world and, All the many retinues of beings. Today, I invite all, Generating love and compassion, I beseech you to embrace all with love. The gods who control others' emanations and, The gods of the Joyful Emanation and, The hosts of gods of Tushita and, Maitreya manifestly perfecting and, The gods of the Non-Contention and, The gods of the Thirty-Three and, The hosts of the Four Great Kings and, All the retinues of many gods and, The gods of earth, water, fire, and wind and, Those dwelling relying on Mount Meru and, The hosts of gods of the Seven Seas Mountains, And those with many retinues and, Norgyé and Five-Headed and, The gods of the sun, moon, planets, and stars and, Many gods such as these, For the sake of the world's happiness. Many gods such as these, Do not engage in sinful deeds. The Buddha's respectful robber and, His pitiful young son and, The gods, nāgas, yakshas and, Gandharvas and asuras, And the retinues of kinnaras and, The great belly-crawlers and so forth, I, by the power of the Blessed One, Invite all of them, Having generated love and compassion, Grant me unobstructed confidence. From the retinues of gods and humans, Those who can know the minds of others, Having blessed all, Grant me supreme confidence. The realm of space is infinite, The realm of Dharma is all-encompassing, However many kinds of sentient beings there are, Grant me supreme confidence. Then, the great goddess of confidence.

Having heard the goddess pray in this way, he spoke thus to the Brahmin: "Well done, great man! Whether male or female, anyone who relies on this mantra and the praise of the mantra, and correctly performs the ritual as previously stated, respectfully takes refuge in the Three Jewels, and keeps mindfulness one-pointedly, then everything that is accomplished will not be in vain. Furthermore, if one correctly upholds, reads, and recites this extremely excellent Sutra of Golden Light, then all wishes will bear fruit and will be quickly accomplished, except for those who do not do it one-pointedly." At that time, the Brahmin was exceedingly delighted with a very pure mind, and with palms joined, he took it upon his head. Then, the Blessed One spoke to the great goddess of eloquence: "Goddess of lineage, you have widely propagated this excellent King of Sutras, and have completely protected and guarded those who correctly uphold the sutra, and for the sake of benefiting all sentient beings and enabling them to attain happiness, you have taught such a Dharma, bestowed inconceivable eloquence, obtained immeasurable merit, and caused those who have generated the mind of enlightenment to quickly incline towards enlightenment.
