具有巨大加持力的威力，具有圆满的光明，一切众生都变得安乐，而且在未来的时代里，无数的百千万亿劫中，恒常享受极大的安乐，而且还能令无数的佛陀欢喜，从而种下善根。之后，将证得无上圆满正等觉的菩提果位。像这样，所有无量无边的医药功德，都是大慈大悲梵天之轮的真实超越者，是胜过大智慧的帝释天。通过各种各样的苦行，超越了具有五种神通的仙人，超过了百千万亿倍，无法言说。如来、应供、正等觉的佛陀为了众生的利益，如是宣说了这部极其殊胜的经典，从而使赡部洲的所有国土之主，以及众多的人们，都清楚地理解了世间的一切，包括宗教仪式、治理国家、调伏和劝导民众等事物。这部经王的加持力，以及一切获得安乐的福德利益，都是伟大的导师释迦牟尼佛以慈悲的力量，广为宣扬这部经典的结果。因此，世尊，为了这个原因和条件，人间的国王们应该完全接受这部神圣的经典，进行供养、尊敬、尊崇，并赞美它。这是为了什么呢？因为像这样殊胜的功德，利益一切众生，所以这部经被称为最极殊胜的经王。之后，世尊又对四大天王这样说道：你们四大天王，以及其他的眷属和无数的天众

Possessing the power and strength of great blessings, endowed with abundant light, all sentient beings become happy, and furthermore, in future times, for countless billions of eons, they will constantly experience exceedingly great bliss. Moreover, they will please countless Buddhas, thereby planting roots of virtue. Thereafter, they will manifestly and completely awaken to the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. Like this, all immeasurable and boundless medicinal virtues are the true transcendence of the great compassionate wheel of Brahma, surpassing the great wisdom of Indra. Through various kinds of ascetic practices, surpassing the sages who possess the five supernormal cognitions, exceeding them by billions upon billions of times, beyond expression. The Thus-Gone One, the Foe-Destroyer, the Perfectly Complete Buddha, for the sake of sentient beings, has thus perfectly explained this exceedingly magnificent sutra, thereby causing all the lords of the lands of Jambudvipa, and the multitude of people, to clearly understand everything in the world, including religious rituals, governing the country, taming and exhorting the people, and so forth. The blessings of this King of Sutras, and all the benefits of merit from attaining happiness, are all the result of the great teacher Shakyamuni Buddha widely propagating this sutra with the power of love and compassion. Therefore, Blessed One, for that reason and condition, the kings of humans should completely embrace this sacred sutra, making offerings, showing respect, venerating it, and praising it. Why is that? Because such extraordinary qualities benefit all beings, therefore this sutra is called the King of Sutras, the most supremely victorious. If those countless kings of men listen to this sutra with one-pointed mind, and make offerings, respect, and honor it as their teacher, praise it, protect it upon seeing it, and eliminate all harms, then you will cause them to experience great bliss. If the fourfold assembly widely and correctly propagates this king of sutras, then they will have widely and correctly performed the deeds of the Buddha among gods and humans, and will have benefited countless sentient beings. You should always protect and rescue anyone like this. Do not allow such a fourfold assembly to be harmed by other conditions, and let them propagate this king of sutras with body and mind utterly secluded and in bliss, so that benefiting sentient beings will never cease until the end of the future. Then, the king of the gods, Vaisravana, rose from his seat and said to the Bhagavan: "Bhagavan, I have the ritual of the wish-fulfilling jewel's dharani. If anyone is willing to uphold it, they will possess immeasurable qualities, and I will always protect them, so that they will abandon suffering and attain happiness. The two accumulations of merit and wisdom will be completely perfected. Whoever wishes to uphold it should first recite this mantra for protecting the body. The mantra is as follows: Namo Vaisravanaya, Maharājāya. Tadyathā. Rara Rara Rara. Kuno Kuno. Khuno Khuno. Runo Runo. Sava Sava. Kara Kara. Mahāvikaram. Mahāvikaram. Mahākāla. Mahārāja.
