如果需要这样做，那么人王抬起脚，放下脚的时候，每走一步，都会对亿万百千俱胝的诸佛世尊进行恭敬、供养、承事和视为上师。此外，还能从与此数量相等的劫数的轮回痛苦中彻底解脱。此外，未来世中，将享用与此数量相等的劫数的转轮圣王的殊胜享受。由于每走一步的缘故，今生也会增上福德，自在地成为国王，具足不可思议的成熟果报，受到大众的尊敬。在无量百千俱胝劫中，将享用天人和人类所享用的七宝无量宫殿。生生世世都将成为国王，寿命绵长，具足言辞的自信，受到天人和人类的信赖，无有恐惧，具足盛名，受到大众的瞻仰，在天人之中享用殊胜的安乐，获得强大的力量，具足伟大的光辉功德，身体的相好庄严，极其美丽，无与伦比，得见天人和人类的导师，与善知识相遇，无量的福德资粮得以成就和圆满。诸位大国王应当如此了知，人王们因为见到如此无量种类的功德利益，所以应当亲自从一由旬到百千由旬之间去迎接说法师，并且应当对说法师生起佛陀的想念。返回村庄和城市后，也应当这样想：如今如来、应供、正等觉的释迦牟尼佛已经驾临我的宫殿，接受我的供养，并且为我说法。我也因听闻佛法而获得无上正等觉的

If it is necessary to do so, then when the human king lifts his foot and puts it down, with each step, he will pay homage, make offerings, serve, and regard as a guru to billions of hundreds of thousands of kotis of Buddhas, the Bhagavat. Furthermore, he will be completely liberated from the suffering of samsara for as many kalpas as that number. Moreover, in the future, he will enjoy the supreme enjoyments of a Chakravartin king for as many kalpas as that number. Due to the power of each step taken, in this very life, merit will increase, he will freely become a king, possess inconceivable ripened results, and be respected by the masses. For immeasurable hundreds of thousands of kotis of kalpas, he will enjoy the immeasurable palaces of the seven precious things used by gods and humans. In all lifetimes, he will become a king, have a long life, possess confidence in speech, be trusted by gods and humans, be without fear, possess great fame, be looked upon by the masses, enjoy the supreme bliss among gods and humans, obtain great power, possess the qualities of great splendor, and the signs of his body will be magnificent and extremely beautiful, unparalleled. He will see the teachers of gods and humans, meet virtuous friends, and immeasurable accumulations of merit will be accomplished and perfected. Great kings should know this in this way: because the human kings see such immeasurable kinds of benefits of qualities, they should personally go from one yojana to hundreds of thousands of yojanas to welcome the Dharma-speaking teacher, and they should generate the perception of the Buddha towards the Dharma-speaking teacher. After returning to the village and the city, they should also think like this: now the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha, Shakyamuni Buddha has come to my palace, accepted my offerings, and taught me the Dharma. Since there will be no turning back from Bodhicitta, Therefore, one will encounter countless billions of Buddhas, the Bhagavat. Now, I have offered and served the Buddhas of the past, future, and present, who abide, with extremely vast, extremely extensive, and most excellent various means of happiness. Now, I have completely uprooted all the sufferings of the realm of Yama, sentient beings in hell, hungry ghosts, and the birthplaces of animals. Now, I have greatly increased the roots of virtue of countless billions of Chakravartin kings, Indra, and Brahma. Now, I have liberated countless billions of sentient beings from the suffering of Samsara and placed them in the bliss of Nirvana. Now, I have accumulated immeasurable, boundless, and inconceivable masses of merit. By placing the attendants and many people in the palace in happiness and making the lands extremely peaceful, there will be no harm, poison, or evil, and the enemies coming from other directions will not cause harm even if they approach, and one will think that there will be no sorrow or disease. Great kings should understand this way. At that time, those human kings, respecting and honoring the true Dharma in this way, and for the Bhikshus, Bhikshunis, Upasakas, and Upasikas who uphold this excellent Sutra, whatever roots of virtue arise from offering, respecting, honoring as teachers, and praising, and whatever excellent merit there is, if they first dedicate it to you and your retinue, then those human kings will possess the cause and condition of great meritorious virtuous deeds, and therefore in this very life they will obtain great power, and their great splendor will greatly increase, they will be adorned with auspiciousness and excellent signs, and all opponents will be subdued by the true Dharma. 如是对正法的恭敬尊重，听闻此经，并对执持此经的四众弟子恭敬、供养、视如上师并赞叹时，彼人王为了使我们欢喜，在法座附近的一方，用香水洒扫，显现散布许多殊胜妙花，并陈设铺设四大天王的坐垫，我们也将与那些国王一起听闻正法。彼国王也将我们有利益的善根，所有的福德之分，也全部回向给我们。世尊，那时人王请讲法者说法，登上法座时，为了我们焚烧各种殊胜妙香，以此供养此经。世尊，那时香的烟气在一瞬间显现于空中，到达我们所有的宫殿，变成香伞，我们天众眷属也能闻到那殊胜的香气。那香的烟雾也具有金色的光芒，从我们居住的房屋到梵天处，以及帝释天神，女神大自在天，女神大吉祥天，土地神坚牢地神，大将领真实知，二十八药叉大将，天王大自在，金刚手秘密主，大将领宝贤，五百眷属的夺命母之子，龙王无热恼海，乃至龙王大海处之间的一切 都完全照亮。世尊，如是等等的眷属们，在各自的宫殿中，也见到香的烟气在一瞬间变成香伞，也闻到香气，也见到光芒的颜色照亮所有的天宫。世尊对四大天王说。

Likewise, with reverence and respect for the true Dharma, listening to this sutra, and with respect, offerings, regarding as teachers, and praising the fourfold assembly who uphold this sutra, at that time, that human king, in order to make us happy, sprinkled fragrant water on one side near the Dharma seat, visibly scattering many supreme and excellent flowers, and also arranged and spread out the seats of the four great kings, we will also listen to the true Dharma together with those kings. That king will also dedicate to us whatever roots of virtue that benefit us, whatever share of merit there is. World Honored One, at that time, when that human king requested the Dharma speaker to preach the Dharma and ascended the seat, he would burn various supreme and excellent incense for our sake, and make offerings to this sutra. World Honored One, at that time, those incense fumes would instantly rise into the sky and reach all of our palaces, turning into incense umbrellas, so that we, the assembly of gods, would also smell that supreme fragrance. That incense smoke, also possessing golden light, from the houses where we dwell to the abode of Brahma, and Indra, the lord of the gods, and the goddess Mahāśrī, the goddess Mahālakṣmī, the earth goddess Dhṛtaraṣṭrā, the great commander True Knowledge, the twenty-eight yaksha great commanders, the king of gods Mahādeva, Vajrapāṇi, the lord of secrets, the great commander Ratnabhadra, the five hundred sons of Hārītī, the dragon king Anavatapta, and all the way to the dragon king's ocean abode, would be completely illuminated. World Honored One, such assemblies and others, in their respective palaces, would also see the incense fumes instantly turning into incense umbrellas, and also smell the fragrance, and also see the color of the light illuminating all the heavenly palaces. World Honored One spoke to the four great kings.
