པ་གསུམ་གྱི་དབང་གིས་མི་དགེ་བ་བཅུའི་ལས་བདག་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་བགྱིས་པ་དང་། གཞན་བགྱིད་དུ་སྩལ་བ་དང་། གཞན་བགྱིད་པ་ལ་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་བ་དང་། དགེ་བའི་གང་ཟག་རྣམས་ལ་ནན་གྱིས་སྐུར་པ་ བཏབ་པ་དང་། བྲེ་སྲང་གིས་བསླུས་པ་དང་། ཡང་དག་པ་མ་ལགས་པ་ལ་ཡང་དག་པར་བཟུང་བ་དང་། མི་གཙང་བའི་བཟའ་བ་དང་བཏུང་བ་གཞན་དག་ལ་སྩལ་བ་དང་། འགྲོ་བ་དྲུག་པོ་དེ་དག་ཏུ་མཆིས་པའི་ཕ་མ་ཇི་སྙེད་པ་དག་ལ་ཕན་ཚུན་གནོད་པ་བགྱིས་པ་དང་། མཆོད་རྟེན་གྱི་དཀོར་བརྐུས་པ་དང་། ཕྱོགས་བཞིའི་དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་དཀོར་དང་། མངོན་སུམ་གྱི་དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་དཀོར་རང་དབང་བགྱིས་ཏེ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྤྱད་པ་དང་། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་གསུངས་པའི་ཆོས་དང་འདུལ་བ་ལ་བསླབ་པར་མ་མོས་པ་དང་། མཁན་པོ་དང་། བླ་མའི་གདམས་ངག་གི་རྗེས་སུ་མི་འབྲང་བ་དང་། ཉན་ཐོས་དང་། རང་སངས་རྒྱས་དང་། ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་སྤྱོད་པ་མངོན་པར་བསྒྲུབས་པ་དག་ལ་སྨད་པར་དགའ་བས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་སྒོམ་པའི་གང་ཟག་རྣམས་སེམས་ལ་འགྱོད་པ་བསྐྱེད་པ་དང་། བདག་པས་ཁྱད་པར་དུ་འཕགས་པ་ཞིག་མཐོང་ན་ཕྲག་དོག་བསྐྱེད་པ་དང་། ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྦྱིན་པ་དང་། ཟང་ཟིང་གི་སྦྱིན་པ་དག་ལ་རྟག་པར་སེར་སྣ་དང་། ཕངས་པའི་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པ་དང་། མ་རིག་པས་བསྒྲིབས་ཤིང་ལོག་པར་ལྟ་བས་སེམས་རྨོངས་པར་གྱུར་པ་དང་། དགེ་བའི་རྒྱུ་མ་བསྐྱེད་པས་སྡིག་པ་འཕེལ་བར་གྱུར་པ་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་སྨོད་པའི་བསམ་པ་བསྐྱེད་པ་དང་། ཆོས་ལ་ཆོས་མ་ལགས་པར་བཤད་པ་དང་། ཆོས་མ་ལགས་པ་ལ་ཆོས་སུ་བཤད་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་འདི་ལྟ་བུའི་སྡིག་པ་མང་པོ་རྣམས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཡང་དག་པའི་ཤེས་རབ་དང་། ཡང་དག་པའི་སྤྱན་དང་། ཡང་དག་པའི་མཁྱེན་པ་དང་། ཡང་དག་པའི་མཉམ་པས་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་ཅིང་ཐམས་ཅད་གཟིགས་པ་དག་ལ་དེང་བདག་སྲོག་ཕྱོགས་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་སྔར་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐོལ་ཞིང་བཤགས་སོ། །ཐམས་ཅད་མངོན་དུ་ཕྱུང་ནས་འཆབ་ཅིང་སྦེད་པར་མི་བགྱིད་དོ། །སྔར་མ་བགྱིས་པའི་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བ་རྣམས་སླན་ཆད་མི་བགྱིད་དོ། །སྔར་བགྱིས་པའི་ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་བ་རྣམས་དེང་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐོལ་ཞིང་བཤགས་སོ། །ངན་ འགྲོ་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་དང་། དུད་འགྲོའི་སྐྱེ་གནས་དང་། ཡི་དགས་ཀྱི་འགྲོ་བ་དང་། ལྷ་མ་ཡིན་གྱི་འཁོར་དང་། མི་ཁོམ་པ་བརྒྱད་པོ་དག་ཏུ་ལྟུང་བར་འགྱུར་བའི་ལས་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་ཅི་མཆིས་པ་དང་། བདག་གིས་ཚེ་འདི་ལ་བགྱིས་པའི་ལས་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་ཅི་མཆིས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞུ་བྱང་ནས་སྡིག་པའི་རྣམ་པར

以贪嗔痴三毒的力量，自己做了杀盗淫妄等十不善业，或者教唆他人去做，或者随喜他人做；对有德之人严厉诽谤；用斗和秤欺骗他人；把不是真实的东西执为真实；把不干净的食物和饮料施与他人；对存在于六道中的父母亲友互相加害；偷盗佛塔的财物；擅自使用和享用四方僧众的财物和现前僧众的财物；不乐意学习世尊所说的法和律；不听从堪布和上师的教诲；喜欢诋毁声闻、缘觉和显现修持大乘行的人，使瑜伽修行者生起后悔之心；见到比自己优秀的人就生起嫉妒之心；对于法布施和财物布施，总是生起吝啬和悭吝之心；被无明遮蔽，由于邪见而使心迷惑；不造善业之因，反而使罪业增长；对如来生起诽谤之心；把不是佛法说成是佛法，把不是佛法说成是佛法等等，像这样的众多罪业，世尊以真实的智慧、真实的眼睛、真实的知识和真实的平等，一切知、一切见，今天我从生命的角度，在世尊们面前全部坦白和忏悔。全部显露出来，不再隐瞒和隐藏。以前没有做过的错事，以后不再做。以前做过的错事，现在全部坦白和忏悔。恶 趣众生地狱、畜生、饿鬼、阿修罗以及八无暇之处，所有将要堕入其中的业障，以及我今生所造的一切业障，都请消除，从罪恶的形态中。

Through the power of the three poisons of greed, anger, and ignorance, I have committed the ten non-virtuous actions myself, or instructed others to do them, or rejoiced in others doing them; I have severely slandered virtuous individuals; I have deceived others with measures and scales; I have grasped what is not true as true; I have given unclean food and drink to others; I have harmed parents and relatives who exist in the six realms; I have stolen the property of stupas; I have freely used and enjoyed the property of the Sangha of the four directions and the present Sangha; I have not been willing to learn the Dharma and Vinaya spoken by the Bhagavan; I have not followed the instructions of the Khenpo and Lama; I have delighted in disparaging those who manifestly practice the conduct of Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and the Mahayana, causing regret in the minds of yogis; I have generated jealousy when seeing someone superior to myself; I have always generated stinginess and miserliness towards Dharma giving and material giving; I have been obscured by ignorance, and my mind has been confused by wrong views; I have not created the cause of virtue, but have instead increased sin; I have generated thoughts of slandering the Tathagatas; I have spoken of what is not Dharma as Dharma, and what is not Dharma as Dharma, and so on. All these many sins, Bhagavan, with true wisdom, true eyes, true knowledge, and true equanimity, all-knowing and all-seeing, today I, from the perspective of life, before the Buddhas, confess and repent of everything. I bring everything to light, and I will no longer conceal or hide it. The wrongdoings that I have not done before, I will not do again in the future. The wrongdoings that I have done before, I now confess and repent of everything. Evil going sentient beings, hell, the birthplace of animals, the realm of pretas, the retinue of asuras, and the eight states of unfreedom, whatever karmic obscurations there are that will cause me to fall into them, and all the karmic obscurations that I have committed in this life, please eliminate them, from the form of sin.
