དུ་ཤེས་ཡོད་མ་མཆིས། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་ལྡན། །སེམས་ཅན་འཇིགས་པ་སེལ་མཛད་ན། །བདག་གིས་བཤགས་པ་བཞེས་ནས་ནི། །མྱ་ངན་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བྲལ་བར་སྨོན། །བདག་ལ་ཉོན་མོངས་སྒྲིབ་པ་དང་། །རྣམ་སྨིན་ལས་ནི་ཅི་མཆིས་པ། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཆབ་ཀྱིས་ནི། །རབ་བཀྲུས་བྱང་བར་མཛད་པར་སྨོན། །བདག་གིས་སྔོན་ཆད་སྡིག་པ་དང་། །ད་ལྟར་ལས་ངན་བགྱིས་པ་རྣམས། ། རྩེ་གཅིག་སེམས་ཀྱིས་མནོལ་བཤགས་ན། །ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་བྱང་བར་ཤོག །མ་འོངས་པ་ཡི་ལས་ངན་རྣམས། །བསྡམས་ཏེ་སློང་བར་ཡོང་མི་བགྱིད། །གལ་ཏེ་འགལ་བ་མཆིས་ན་ཡང་། །ནམས་ཀྱང་འཆབ་པར་ཡོང་མི་བགྱིད། །ལུས་གསུམ་ངག་གི་རྣམ་པ་བཞི། །ཡིད་ཀྱི་ལས་ནི་རྣམ་པ་གསུམ། །སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ནི་འཆིང་བགྱིད་པས། །ཐོག་མ་མེད་ནས་རྒྱུན་མི་འཆད། །སྤྱོད་པ་འདི་གསུམ་དབང་གིས་ན། །མི་དགེ་ལས་བཅུ་བགྱིས་གྱུར་པས། །དེ་འདྲའི་ནོངས་པ་མང་པོ་རྣམས། །དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་སོ་སོར་བཤགས། །བདག་གིས་ལས་ངན་མང་བགྱིས་པས། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྣམ་སྨིན་རང་ཉིད་མྱོང་། །སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་སྔར་ནི། །བསམ་པ་ཐག་པས་སོ་སོར་བཤགས། །འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་ནི་འདི་དག་དང་། །འཇིག་རྟེན་ཁམས་ནི་གཞན་དག་ཏུ། །དགེ་བའི་ལས་མང་ཅི་མཆིས་པ། །དེང་བདག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡི་རང་ངོ་། །མི་དགེ་ལས་བཅུ་རབ་སྤངས་ནས། །དགེ་བཅུ་ལམ་ནི་མངོན་བསྒྲུབས་ཏེ། །ས་བཅུ་དག་ལ་རབ་གནས་ནས། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རྟག་མཐོང་སྨོན། །བདག་གིས་ ལུས་དང་ངག་ཡིད་ཀྱིས། བསོད་ནམས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལས་བསྒྲུབས་པའི། །དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་འདི་ཡི་མཐུས། །བླ་མེད་ཡེ་ཤེས་མྱུར་གྲུབ་ཤོག །དེང་བདག་སྟོབས་བཅུའི་སྤྱན་སྔར་མངོན་སུམ་དུ། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་བགེགས་མང་སྣ་ཚོགས་མཐོལ་ཞིང་བཤགས། །བྱིས་པ་སྲིད་གསུམ་རྨོངས་པའི་བགེགས་དག་དང་། །རྟག་པར་ལས་ངན་ལྕི་བར་བགྱིས་པའི་བགེགས། །བདག་གིས་ལོག་པའི་འདོད་པས་བསགས་པའི་བགེགས། །རྟག་ཏུ་སྲིད་བསྐྱེད་འཁོར་བར་འགྱུར་བའི་བགེགས། །འཇིག་རྟེན་འདི་ལ་མངོན་ཞེན་ཆགས་པའི་བགེགས། ། བྱིས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀུན་གྱི་ཉོན་མོངས་བགེགས། །སེམས་མྱོས་རྣམ་གཡེང་ཕྱིན་ཅི་ལོག་པའི་བགེགས། །མི་དགེ་གྲོགས་པོ་དག་ལ་བརྟེན་པའི་བགེགས། །འཁོར་བ་དག་ལ་འདོད་ཆགས་ཞེན་པའི་བགེགས། །ཞེ་སྡང་གཏི་མུག་གླེན་པས་སྡིག་བགྱིས་བགེགས། ། མི་ཁོམ་བརྒྱད་སྐྱེ་མི་དགེ་གྲོགས་པོའི་བགེགས། །བསོད་ནམས་ཡོན་ཏན་མ་བསགས་པ་ཡི་བགེགས། །དེང་བདག་རྒྱལ་བ་ཀུན་གྱི་སྤྱན་སྔར་ནི། །སྡིག་པའི་

我不知道。 佛陀具有伟大的慈悲。 如果能消除众生的恐惧， 我祈愿您接受我的忏悔， 远离忧伤痛苦。 我身上的烦恼障碍， 以及成熟的业力， 祈愿您用伟大的慈悲之水， 彻底洗净，令其清净。 我过去所造的罪业， 以及现在所做的恶业， 以一心一意的忏悔， 愿一切都彻底清净。 对于未来的恶业， 我发誓不再造作。 即使有违犯之处， 我也绝不隐瞒。 身的三种行为，语的四种行为， 意的行为有三种。 束缚着众生， 从无始以来从未间断。 由于这三种行为的影响， 造作了十不善业， 像这样的许多过错， 我将它们一一忏悔。 我造作了许多恶业， 自己承受痛苦的果报。 在诸佛的面前， 以真诚的心一一忏悔。 在这个赡部洲， 以及其他的世界中， 无论有多少善业， 今天我都随喜。 彻底断除十不善业， 显现修持十善道， 在十地上安住， 祈愿恒常见到十方诸佛。 我以 身语意， 所修积的福德智慧， 以此善根的力量， 愿迅速成就无上智慧。 今天我在十力者的面前， 坦白并忏悔各种痛苦的障碍。 孩童般的三界愚昧之障碍， 以及恒常造作沉重恶业之障碍， 我因邪念所积累的障碍， 恒常产生有，转生轮回之障碍， 对这个世界显现贪恋执着之障碍， 所有孩童的一切烦恼障碍， 心醉神迷，心神散乱，颠倒错乱之障碍， 依赖不善友伴之障碍， 对轮回产生贪恋执着之障碍， 因嗔恨愚痴而造罪之障碍， 八无暇处转生，不善友伴之障碍， 未积累福德功德之障碍， 今天我在诸佛的面前， 忏悔罪恶的
English
I did not know. Buddha possesses great compassion. If you can eliminate the fears of sentient beings, I pray that you accept my confession, And be free from sorrow and suffering. The obscurations of afflictions on me, And whatever karmic results there may be, I pray that with the water of great compassion, You thoroughly cleanse and purify them. The sins I have committed in the past, And the evil deeds I do now, With single-minded repentance, May all be thoroughly purified. For the evil deeds of the future, I vow not to create them again. Even if there are transgressions, I will never conceal them. The three actions of body, the four actions of speech, The three actions of mind. Binding sentient beings, From beginningless time, it has never ceased. Due to the influence of these three actions, Having committed the ten non-virtuous deeds, Such numerous faults, I confess them all individually. I have committed many evil deeds, And I myself experience the suffering results. In the presence of the Buddhas, With sincere intention, I confess them individually. In this Jambudvipa, And in other world realms, Whatever virtuous deeds there may be, Today, I rejoice in them all. Thoroughly abandoning the ten non-virtuous deeds, Manifestly accomplishing the path of the ten virtues, Abiding firmly on the ten grounds, I pray to always see the Buddhas of the ten directions. I with body, speech, and mind, Having accomplished merit and wisdom, By the power of this root of virtue, May I swiftly attain unsurpassed wisdom. Today, in the presence of the Ten-Powered One, I openly confess and repent various sufferings and obstacles. The obstacles of childish ignorance of the three realms, And the obstacles of constantly committing heavy evil deeds, The obstacles I have accumulated due to wrong desires, The obstacles of constantly creating existence and turning in samsara, The obstacles of manifest attachment to this world, The afflictive obstacles of all childish beings, The obstacles of intoxicated mind, distraction, and perversion, The obstacles of relying on unwholesome companions, The obstacles of attachment and clinging to samsara, The obstacles of committing sins due to hatred, ignorance, and foolishness, The obstacles of being born in the eight unfree states and having unwholesome companions, The obstacles of not accumulating merit and qualities, Today, in the presence of all the Victorious Ones, I confess the sinful

无边恶业皆忏悔，如今我于诸逝者皈依，无上功德海我皆敬礼。如金山般照亮十方者，以慈悲请您垂念我，身如金色清净无垢染，眼如清净毗琉璃。具足光荣威严名声之主，以悲智日光驱散黑暗者，以佛日之光照亮一切，极其清净无垢离尘埃。能胜月照亮极清凉，令众生消除烦恼痛苦。三十二相好庄严，八十随好皆圆满，功德不可思议无与伦比，如日光般照亮世间。颜色如毗琉璃无垢染，如满月般安住于清净虚空。殊胜宝珠之网遮蔽金身，以各种光芒而极庄严。轮回痛苦之河流中，以衰老疾病忧伤之水驱赶，如是痛苦之海难以忍受，以佛日之光永远晒干。如今我于三千世界稀有之主，一切智者普遍敬礼。光芒极亮如金色之身，以各种殊胜相好而庄严。犹如海水之量难以知晓，大地尘埃不可计数，犹如须弥山重量难以衡量，虚空之中无有边际。诸佛之功德亦如是，一切众生皆不能知晓。纵然于无量劫中思维，亦不能了知功德海之边际。此大地之山岩有多少，纵然分割如微尘亦可计数，海水之量纵然以毛尖衡量亦可，然佛之功德不可胜数。一切众生聚集一起，于世尊之名声功德一切，以及清净妙好之名号赞颂，亦不能衡量其边际。我之众多善业有几何，愿迅速成就无上之主，以正确之法宣说利益众生，令一切从众多痛苦中解脱。

I confess all the endless evil deeds I have done. Now I take refuge in all the Sugatas. I prostrate to the ocean of unsurpassed qualities. You who illuminate the ten directions like a golden mountain, I beseech you to hold me with your love and compassion. Your body is golden, pure, and without stain. Your eyes are pure, like vaidurya. Lord, endowed with glory, splendor, and fame, You who dispel darkness with the sun of compassion and wisdom, You illuminate all with the light of the sun of the Buddha. You are utterly pure, immaculate, and free from dust. The moon of the Able One illuminates with coolness, Causing sentient beings to eliminate the suffering of afflictions. You are adorned with the thirty-two major marks, And the eighty minor marks are perfectly complete. Your qualities are inconceivable and without equal, You illuminate the world like the sunlight. Your color is like vaidurya, without stain, You dwell in the pure sky like the full moon. The net of supreme crystal conceals your golden body, You are greatly adorned with various rays of light. In the river of suffering of samsara, Driven by the waters of old age, sickness, and sorrow, Such an ocean of suffering is unbearable, May it be forever dried up by the light of the sun of the Buddha. Now I, to the rare lord of the three thousand worlds, The all-knowing one, universally prostrate and pay homage. Your body, like the golden color of radiant light, Is adorned with various supreme marks and signs. Just as the measure of the ocean is difficult to know, And the dust of the great earth cannot be counted, Just as the weight of Mount Meru is difficult to measure, And there is no end to the sky, So too are the qualities of the Buddhas, All sentient beings cannot know them. Even if one were to contemplate for countless eons, One could not realize the limit of the ocean of qualities. However many mountains and rocks there are on this great earth, Even if divided into particles, they could be counted, Even if the water of the ocean could be measured with a hair tip, There would be no end to counting the qualities of the Buddha. When all sentient beings gather together, And praise all the qualities of the Victorious One's fame, And the pure and excellent names of the Rare Jewels, One could not fully measure its limit. Whatever many virtuous deeds I have, May I quickly attain the unsurpassed lord, And by teaching the true Dharma, benefit beings, May all be liberated from the many sufferings.
