ས་ནི་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་འགྱུར། ། སེམས་ཅན་གང་ཞིག་མནར་མེད་ལྷུང་གྱུར་ནས། །དམྱལ་བའི་འབར་མེས་ལུས་ནི་ཉོན་མོངས་ཏེ། །མགོན་སྐྱབས་མེད་ཅིང་འཁོར་བར་གང་གནས་པ། །ཐོས་པར་གྱུར་ན་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཞི་བར་འགྱུར། །ལྷ་མི་ཡི་དགས་དུད་འགྲོའི་སྐྱེ་གནས་སུ། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་བགེགས་མང་མངོན་དུ་མྱོང་འགྱུར་བ། །གསེར་གྱི་རྔ་དབྱངས་དམ་པ་ཐོས་གྱུར་ན། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་སྤངས་ནས་ཐར་པ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར། །ད་ལྟར་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ན། །རྟག་ཏུ་བཞུགས་པ་རྐང་གཉིས་གཙོ། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་ཐུགས་ཀྱིས་ནི། །བརྩེ་བས་བདག་ལ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །སེམས་ཅན་གང་ཞིག་སྐྱབས་མ་མཆིས། །མགོན་ནི་བགྱིད་པ་མ་མཆིས་པ། །དེ་ལྟ་བུ་ཡི་རྣམ་པ་ལ། །སྐྱབས་ཆེན་དག་ནི་བགྱིད་པར་ཤོག །བདག་གིས་སྔོན་ནི་བགྱིས་པའི་སྡིག། །ལས་ངན་ཤིན་ཏུ་ ལྕི་བ་རྣམས། །དེང་བདག་སྟོབས་བཅུའི་སྤྱན་སྔར་ནི། །ཐམས་ཅད་རྩེ་གཅིག་རབ་ཏུ་བཤགས། །བདག་གིས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཡིད་མ་ཆེས། །བླ་མ་གཉེན་བཤེས་མ་གུས་དང་། །དགེ་བ་མང་པོ་མ་སྤྱད་པས། །རྟག་ཏུ་ལས་ངན་བགྱིས་པའམ། ། བདག་གིས་མཐོ་བཙུན་རུས་རིགས་དང་། །ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དག་ནི་སྙེམས་པ་དང་། །དར་ལ་བབ་པས་དྲེགས་གྱུར་ནས། །རྟག་ཏུ་ལས་ངན་བགྱིས་པའམ། །རྟག་ཏུ་ལོག་པའི་བསམ་བསྐྱེད་ནས། །ངག་གིས་ཚིག་ངན་སྨྲས་པ་དང་། །ཁ་ན་མ་ཐོ་མ་མཐོང་ནས། །རྟག་ཏུ་ལས་ངན་བགྱིས་པ་འམ། །རྟག་ཏུ་བྱིས་པའི་བློ་སྤྱད་ནས། །མ་རིག་མུན་པས་སེམས་གཡོགས་དང་། །མི་དགེའི་གྲོགས་པོའི་རྗེས་འབྲངས་ནས། །རྟག་ཏུ་ལས་ངན་བགྱིས་པ་འམ། །རྩེད་མོ་དགའ་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུས། །མྱ་ངན་དག་དང་ལྡན་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། །འདོད་ཆགས་ཞེ་སྡང་དཀྲིས་པས་ན། །དེ་སླད་སྡིག་རྣམས་བགྱིས་པ་འམ། །མི་དགེའི་གྲོགས་པོ་བསྟེན་པ་དང་། །ཕྲག་དོག་སེར་སྣ་བསམ་པ་དང་། །དབུལ་ཕོངས་གྱ་གྱུ་སྤྱད་པས་ན། །དེ་སླད་སྡིག་རྣམས་བགྱིས་པ་འམ། །སྡིག་མང་དག་ལ་མི་མོས་ཀྱང་། །འཇིགས་སྐྲག་དག་དང་བཅས་པའམ། །རང་དབང་དག་ནི་མ་མཆིས་པས། །དེ་སླད་སྡིག་རྣམས་བགྱིས་པ་འམ། །རྣམ་པར་གཡེང་བའི་བསམ་པ་དང་། །ཁོང་ཁྲོ་འཁོན་དུ་འཛིན་པ་དང་། །བཀྲེས་སྐོམ་དག་གིས་གདུངས་པའི་རྒྱུས། །དེ་སླད་སྡིག་རྣམས་བགྱིས་པ་འམ། །བཟའ་དང་བཏུང་དང་གོས་དག་དང་། །བུད་མེད་དག་ལ་ཆགས་སྲིད་པའི། །ཉོན་མོངས་མེས་ནི་བསྲེགས་པས་ན། །དེ་སླད་སྡིག་རྣམས་བགྱིས་པ་འམ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་དང་དགེ་འདུན་ལ། །གུས་པའི་སེམས་ནི་མ་སྐྱེད་པའི། །འདི་འདྲའི་སྡིག་མ

大地完全变成金地。 任何众生一旦堕入无间地狱， 身体被地狱的火焰所折磨， 无依无靠，漂泊于轮回之中， 若能听闻此声，痛苦便会平息。 在天、人、非人、畜生的各种生处， 正在显现经历诸多痛苦和魔障， 若能听闻这神圣的金鼓之声， 便能脱离痛苦，获得解脱。 如今在十方世界中， 恒常安住的二足尊胜者， 以您的大慈大悲之心， 恳请您以慈爱垂念于我。 任何众生没有救护者， 也没有能作依怙者， 对于这样的众生， 愿您成为伟大的救护者！ 我往昔所造的罪业， 那些极其沉重的恶业， 如今我在具十力者的面前， 全部一心一意地忏悔。 我曾对佛陀不生信心， 对上师、善知识不恭敬， 没有行持众多的善事， 总是造作恶业。 我曾因高贵的种姓和， 财富而骄傲自满， 因青春年少而傲慢， 总是造作恶业。 我曾总是生起邪恶的念头， 口中说出恶语， 没有看到自己的过错， 总是造作恶业。 我曾总是运用孩童般的思想， 心被无明的黑暗所笼罩， 追随不善的朋友， 总是造作恶业。 因贪图玩乐嬉戏， 而充满忧愁和苦恼， 被贪欲和嗔恨所缠缚， 因此造作了罪业。 依止不善的朋友， 生起嫉妒和吝啬之心， 行持贫穷和欺骗的行为， 因此造作了罪业。 即使对众多罪业不乐意， 却充满恐惧和害怕， 因为没有自主权， 因此造作了罪业。 因散乱的念头， 愤怒和怀恨在心， 被饥渴所折磨， 因此造作了罪业。 因贪恋食物、饮料、衣物， 以及对女人的贪执， 被烦恼之火所焚烧， 因此造作了罪业。 对佛、法、僧三宝， 没有生起恭敬之心， 这样的罪业

May the earth be completely transformed into gold. Any sentient being who has fallen into the Avici Hell, Whose body is tormented by the flames of hell, Without protector or refuge, wandering in samsara, If they hear this sound, their suffering will be pacified. In the birthplaces of gods, humans, non-humans, and animals, Experiencing suffering and many obstacles, If they hear the sacred sound of the golden drum, They will be freed from suffering and attain liberation. Now, in the ten directions of the world, The foremost of bipeds, who always abides, With your great compassionate heart, I beseech you to consider me with love. Any sentient being who has no protector, And no one to rely upon, For such beings, May you become a great protector! The sins that I have committed in the past, Those extremely heavy evil deeds, Now, before the one with ten powers, I confess them all wholeheartedly. I did not have faith in the Buddha, I was not respectful to the Guru and spiritual friends, I did not practice many virtuous deeds, I always committed evil deeds. I was arrogant because of my noble birth and, My wealth and possessions, I was haughty because of my youth, I always committed evil deeds. I always generated evil thoughts, I spoke harsh words, I did not see my own faults, I always committed evil deeds. I always used childish thoughts, My mind was covered by the darkness of ignorance, I followed unwholesome friends, I always committed evil deeds. Because of indulging in games and amusements, I was filled with sorrow and suffering, Bound by attachment and hatred, Therefore, I committed sins. Relying on unwholesome friends, Generating jealousy and miserliness, Practicing poverty and deception, Therefore, I committed sins. Even though I was not happy with many sins, I was filled with fear and dread, Because I had no autonomy, Therefore, I committed sins. Because of scattered thoughts, Anger and resentment, Tormented by hunger and thirst, Therefore, I committed sins. Because of attachment to food, drink, clothing, And attachment to women, Burned by the fire of afflictions, Therefore, I committed sins. Towards the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, I did not generate a respectful mind, Such sins

我做了什么？ 今天我全部一一忏悔。 对于自生佛和菩萨， 没有恭敬的心。 像这样做了许多罪恶， 今天我全部一一忏悔。 不懂正法而诽谤， 以及没有侍奉父母。 像这样做了许多罪恶， 今天我全部一一忏悔。 由于愚痴和傲慢， 以及贪欲嗔恨的力量。 像这样做了许多罪恶， 今天我全部一一忏悔。 我于十方世界， 供养无数佛陀， 善巧引导众生， 愿能脱离痛苦和障碍。 愿一切众生， 都能安住于十地， 圆满福德和智慧， 现证菩提，引导众生。 我为了所有众生， 历经百千劫的苦行， 以大智慧的力量， 愿能终结痛苦的海洋。 我为了所有生命， 宣说《金光明最胜王经》， 愿能消除所有恶业。 无论过去百千劫， 所造作的深重罪业， 只要片刻之间坦白忏悔， 许多罪业都能完全清净。 像这样依循《金光明经》， 如是进行忏悔， 所有众多的痛苦和业力， 都能依此力量迅速清净。 百千殊胜的禅定， 以及不可思议的陀罗尼， 权能和菩提道支， 即使恒常修持也不会厌倦。 我从珍宝圆满中， 抵达十地之后， 圆满佛陀的功德， 愿能救度沉沦于轮回的众生。 我从佛陀的海洋中， 获得极深奥的功德藏， 丰饶的智慧难以思议， 愿能获得圆满具足。 十方一切诸佛， 请个别垂视忆念我， 以大慈悲的 心， 请接受我的忏悔。 我于过去 বহু劫， 造作了许多恶业， 因此感受痛苦， 祈愿以慈悲清净。 我造作了许多恶业， 恒常生起忧伤和恐惧， 一切四种行为中， 愿能生起欢喜。

Whatever I have done, Today I confess it all individually. Towards the self-realized Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, Without a mind of reverence, Such numerous sins I have committed, Today I confess them all individually. Slandering the sacred Dharma out of ignorance, And not serving my parents, Such numerous sins I have committed, Today I confess them all individually. Due to ignorance and pride, And the power of desire and hatred, Such numerous sins I have committed, Today I confess them all individually. I, in the ten directions of the world, Have offered to countless Buddhas, Skillfully guiding sentient beings, May they be free from suffering and obstacles. May all sentient beings, Abide in the ten bhumis, Perfecting merit and wisdom, May they attain enlightenment and guide beings. I, for the sake of all sentient beings, Endure hardships for hundreds of thousands of kalpas, With the power of great wisdom, May I bring an end to the ocean of suffering. I, for the sake of all living beings, Proclaim the Sutra of Golden Light, May all evil deeds be purified. Whatever heavy sins, Have been committed for hundreds of thousands of kalpas, If confessed in just a moment, Many sins will be completely purified. Like this, following the Sutra of Golden Light, If confession is done in this way, All the many sufferings and karmas, Will be quickly purified by this power. Hundreds of thousands of supreme samadhis, And inconceivable dharanis, Powers and the limbs of the path to enlightenment, Even if constantly practiced, I will not become weary. I, from the perfection of jewels, Having reached the ten bhumis, Perfecting the qualities of the Buddha, May I liberate beings who are sinking in samsara. I, from the ocean of Buddhas, May I obtain the extremely profound treasury of qualities, The abundant wisdom, difficult to conceive, May I obtain perfect completeness. All the Buddhas of the ten directions, Please individually look upon and remember me, With the mind of great compassion, Please accept my confession. I, in many kalpas, Have committed many evil deeds, Therefore, I experience suffering, I pray that you purify me with compassion. I have committed many evil deeds, Constantly arising sorrow and fear, In all four modes of conduct, May joy arise.
