By reciting the mantra one million times through the practice ritual, the king of mantras will be accomplished. Afterwards, when the moon is eclipsed or the sun is eclipsed, take an iron sword in your own hand and recite the mantra until the moon reappears, then you will become a holder of the knowledge of the sword. Similarly, wheels, vajras, tridents, arrows, hammers, ropes, and so on should be practiced, and combined practices such as knowledge and taking essences should be practiced. Alternatively, collect eye medicine, pills, foot ointment, or controlled substances to practice. Fill a container with milk porridge or yogurt, tsampa or butter, and cover it with your hand, then recite the mantra and drink it, and you will live for five hundred years. Put Māṣa in your mouth, recite the mantra, and swallow it, and you will become good at composition, memory, eloquence, and peace of mind. By offering one million lotus flowers in a fire puja, the Bhagavan will appear. By offering one million bilva fruits in a fire puja, you will accomplish the kingdom of the three realms. Likewise, by offering newly obtained flowers in a fire puja, you will obtain the siddhi of speech. By offering four million portions of five grains soaked in ghee in a fire puja, you will attract yaksha women and nāga daughters, and so on. Similarly, do it with five kinds of medicinal wood. If you practice constantly, you will even accomplish Buddhahood in this very life. Oṃ Hrīḥ Hūṃ. 于诸众生，乐于赐予所欲成就之悉地。如秋月般皎洁，身涂白色旃檀香膏，以鲜花庄严点缀。身着白色天衣，以珍珠项链装饰胸前。身体由各种珍宝装饰，从身体散发出的千道光芒，照亮无边无量的世界。具有十二岁妙龄之身。我于语自在母大尊，如是观想自身。前方观想智慧母，右方观想意持母，后方观想智母，左方观想忆念母，观想天女以如上所说之所有功德庄严自身。其下，于脐轮处，观想月轮中央有白色藏文种子字ༀ་（藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），并观想由此生起语自在之自性，无余之念珠连绵不断地涌现。一心专注于此的持咒者，若能于自身脐轮中央安住，不语而念诵，则一月之内，便能获得妙音天女之语，三月之内，亦能成就梵天之诛法。六月之内，便能与妙音天女之语无别。羊奶、诃子三种，巴塔、鼠尾草、赛གྲུ་、 सेंधा नमक (saindhava)。念诵七遍的酥油，饮用则能成就妙音天女。羊奶四 ബ്രെ，药物各一སྲང་的量。酥油一 ബ്രെ，智者应以小火依次熬制。若能精进修持一月左右，便能获得无上之词句。若能近修享用六月，便能现见语自在。鼠尾草、甜木、 सेंधा नमक (saindhava)，诃子、诃梨勒、豆蔻、 लाला फूल (lala phul)，芸香、荜茇、孜然等，能清净分别之语。于天神前，以鲜花、妙香等，清晨如法供养后，念诵七遍后食用，六月之内便能获得闻持。三月之内便能成为词句之主。一月之内便能具有智慧，如幼年布谷鸟之鸣叫般，能生出美妙之音声。雪域所生之诃子，或雪域所生之鼠尾草，于清晨念诵七遍后，食用一月

Pleased to bestow the desired siddhis upon all beings. White as the autumn moon, the body is anointed with white sandalwood paste and adorned with beautiful flowers. The chest is adorned with white celestial garments and strings of pearls. The body is adorned with various precious jewels, and a thousand rays of light emanating from the body illuminate the boundless and immeasurable realms of the world. Possessing a body of twelve years of age. I contemplate myself as the great sovereign mother of speech. In front, contemplate the wisdom mother, to the right, the mind-holding mother, behind, the intelligence mother, and to the left, the memory mother. Contemplate the goddess adorned with all the qualities mentioned above. Below that, at the navel center, visualize the white Tibetan seed syllable ༀ་ (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) in the center of the moon mandala, and visualize the nature of the sovereign of speech arising from it, with an unbroken stream of rosary beads continuously emerging. The mantra practitioner who focuses solely on this, if they abide in the center of their own navel and recite without speaking, within one month, they will obtain the speech of Saraswati, and within three months, they will also accomplish the subjugation of Brahma. Within six months, they will become inseparable from the speech of Saraswati. Goat's milk, three kinds of haritaki, Patha, sage, Se-gru, सेंधा नमक (saindhava). Ghee recited seven times, drinking it will accomplish Saraswati. Four bre of goat's milk, and the amount of each medicine is one srang. One bre of ghee, and the wise should cook it gradually over a small fire. If one practices diligently for about a month, one will obtain the supreme words. If one enjoys it for nearly six months, the sovereign of speech will become manifest. Sage, sweet wood, सेंधा नमक (saindhava), haritaki, bchala, cardamom, लाला फूल (lala phul), rue, pippali, cumin, etc., purify the discriminating speech. In front of the deity, after offering flowers, fragrant incense, etc., properly in the morning, recite seven times and then eat it, within six months one will obtain retention. Within three months one will become the master of words. Within one month one will have intelligence, and like the call of a young cuckoo, a beautiful voice will arise. Haritaki born in the snowy mountains, or sage born in the snowy mountains, after reciting seven times in the morning, eat it for one month.
