The sole hero who accomplishes, the chief of heroes, the best of speakers, Lama Manjuvajra, for the sake of the world, spoke this excellent tantra. The deity himself, through the method of secret mantra, bestows all attainments. The mantra practitioner, having meditated on that, if that is accomplished, then it will be accomplished. When the mantra practitioner's body is completely pure, then subtle attainments will be accomplished. On a body that has become a vessel, great attainments will greatly arise. Through this sequence, for this, the attainment of earth and so forth will arise. The mantra practitioner, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, will always benefit sentient beings. Having known that, with compassion, when Vajradhara and others asked, the condensed secret mantra of accomplishment is spoken for the benefit of beings. Om Kalu Melu Kalu Me Stambhaya Yasthila Varsham Tushara Nca Luccha I Luccha I Svaha. By reciting this king of secret mantras well, one can stop hail. By reciting it purely on ashes, hail or snow will be stopped, and it will go wherever it is desired. Likewise, it will eliminate lightning, wind, vajra, falling hail, and so forth. Om Garuda Hamsa He Cala Cala Svaha. This king of mantras, just by remembering it, will avert the falling of hail. Having written it with vitriol on a drum, and having recited it on the drumstick, the sound of the drum will avert the falling of hail. After taking it out, wash it with milk and water, and throw it into the water, it will be calmed down. Or, clearly write on willow branches, birch bark, wheat, cloth or leaves, put this mantra wrapped in beeswax into the heart of the Vajrabhairava image made of soil from the ant nest, fill its mouth with ashes, and then bury it, it can make the mouth of the attacker and the counter-attacker stiff. When debating, pierce the tongue of the image with seven thorns and recite it seven times, it will bind the opponent's mouth. Write with lime on the bowl, fill it with ashes, cover it and bury it, it can make the mouth of the person who says unpleasant words stiff. From the clay that the potter wipes his hands with, make a sheep shape, put the mantra wrapped in beeswax in the heart, it can make the mouth of the angry person stiff. Wearing the mantra on the neck or shoulder can calm the flames of weapons on the battlefield. Put this king of mantras into the sole of the feet of Ganapati made of soil from the ant nest, bury it at the crossroads, it can make all comers and goers stiff, and make all constant goers stiff. Write this king of mantras on wheat or cloth, wrap it with beeswax, put it in its belly, and then put it in a new bottle filled with water, it can make all observers stiff. Recalling the mantra and tying knots on the edge of the upper garment can make the thieves and others on the road stiff, and make the horned and toothed things such as wild buffaloes in the forest stiff. Recite the mantra seven times on the gourd and put it in the water, it can bind the mouth of the aquatic creatures. On the cloth of the cemetery, write various mantras mentioning the name of the leader of the opposing army in the center of various vajras, write eight letters "Lam" outside the various vajras, and the outside has the mandala of Maheshvara.
