Briefly contemplate yourself as the sole powerful and heroic lord, and visualize in your heart a mandala of the sun, completely transformed from the syllable Oṃ (ༀ, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: oṃ), adorned with hundreds of thousands of rays of light, illuminating the entire world. Having contemplated in this way, one will be born like the Lord of Speech (Mañjuśrī) in about six months, and will generate the fruits mentioned earlier. Make an image of the deity four fingers in size from salt and newly produced ghee, and burn it with smokeless sandalwood, reciting the mantra three times. One will gain control over the person whose name is invoked. Recite the mantra one hundred and eight times over salt soaked in vajra water, and give it to others. If anyone drinks a handful of salt water three times a day while reciting the name, that person will be controlled. Mix equal parts of salt and ketse, and perform a fire offering while reciting the name, that person will be controlled. Om kurukulle svaha. The heart mantra of the noble Tara, which is said to effortlessly attract all things in the three realms, abide in the samadhi mentioned earlier. Recite the mantra a million times, and then bless flowers, incense, perfume, powder, toothpaste, etc., and give them to anyone, that person will be controlled. If you fumigate yourself with fragrant incense, everyone will be happy. Perform a fire offering with red flowers while reciting the name of anyone, that person will be controlled. Consecrate food and drink, and then give them to anyone, that person will be controlled. To control a great person, offer white mustard seeds in a fire offering. Later, on an auspicious date, constellation, and day, make offerings to the Bhagavan. On cloth or clothing, draw a sixteen-petaled wheel like the petals of an utpala flower with saffron, bezoar, camphor, etc. In the center of the wheel, write the mantra along with the names of the practitioner and the one to be controlled. On the petals, write the name of the one to be controlled, based on the four letters "kurukulle". From the outside, write the letter Om three times in order on the wheel, then bind it with a red thread and place it in the center of the heart of a wax figure. If you heat it with a sengdeng wood torch three times a day, that person will be attracted by the feet. If you want to control a man or a woman, pierce the foot with a copper needle and heat it, that person will be controlled. Visualize the wind mandala that has arisen from the letter Yam. On top of it, visualize the one to be controlled, with hair unbound, naked, neck bound with a rope, and heart pierced with an iron hook.
