The sun, free from inauspicious signs of death, Should be observed. Only twelve moments, Should be well applied at that time. White and full of loving-kindness, And also well shown as red. Fierce, great powerful, pure, and Like a mouse, beautiful and fair, and Turning the wheel and making the wheel. It is taught as giving virtue. The excellent moon is giving. These are the characteristics of the twelve moments. What is taught in the moments, Is thirty days and nights. The tenth will bring rain, The fourteenth will destroy the country. Four roots are shown as one hour, Four hours are called a session, Four sessions are a day, The night is also taught similarly. What is said as ten moments, Is fully considered a short time. Four short times are one session, Mantrikas fully observe. Only these measures of time, Fully consider as three numbers.
