O, All-pervading One! Then, properly arrange the eastern gate, raise flags from all directions, and adorn it with banners. After completely illuminating the entire beautiful mandala, with offerings, incense, and fragrance, and always with beautiful garlands, respectfully perform all these as in the previous ritual. The full vase in the center should be placed in front of the one with the wheel. That vase is called "Utter Victory." The mantra knower should not lift it. With the action of seeing the ritual, do as with the previous fire pit, and properly begin the homa ritual. The mantra of the ritual should not be from others. The homa should also be performed one hundred and eight times. With acacia wood on the fire, and with sandalwood and bilva wood, bilva, udumbara, arka, and diligently in all activities, perform homa with apamarga. Or, with sesame seeds mixed with sesame oil, or with yogurt mixed with honey, perform homa in all activities, always performing one thousand and eight times. For those who desire the worldly, all rituals will be accomplished. Possessing great diligence beyond the world, the king of knowledge possesses great asceticism. and all powers are obtained. This one-syllable mantra is the most excellent of all mantra practitioners. By merely reciting it, its meaning is fulfilled. It summons all the gods and masters all rituals. The one syllable is the great lord, praised by the holy ones, and performs various actions. It is the mantra of the mundane and the transcendent.
