One should always abandon the mantras that are recited, and the village rituals are the same. For the fears of the afterlife that arise from anger, the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and wise ones completely condemn them. The Pratyekabuddhas like rhinoceros horns and the Shravakas also always condemn them. Likewise, in this world, falsehood is for those who desire to achieve on earth. Those who speak falsehoods will go to the most unbearable hell. Similarly, they will always go to the realm of animals and the world of Yama. By speaking falsehoods, one will always dwell there. The evil and unbearable places of downfall are the Black Line Hell, the Extremely Hot Hell, and Punarjivana (Sanskrit Devanagari: पुनर्जीवन, Sanskrit Romanization: punar jīvana, Chinese literal meaning: पुनर्जीवन) and the Sword-Leaf Forest, as well as in the Shalmalī (Sanskrit Devanagari: शाल्मलि, Sanskrit Romanization: śālmalī, Chinese literal meaning: शाल्मलि) Forest. The person who speaks falsehoods will dwell there for many kalpas. If one becomes a speaker of falsehoods, or speaks falsehoods out of ignorance, deceiving sentient beings, how can he have mantra accomplishment? Therefore, because of that act of ignorance, not seeing the accomplishment of mantras, one speaks these words: "There is no accomplishment from mantras." The one who speaks such words, whose Buddha's teachings has he abandoned? He has abandoned them on this earth. Even after hundreds of millions of kalpas, how can he have accomplishment? Therefore, he will be tormented in the unbearable hell, suffering great terror in the Avīci Hell, as well as Punarjivana (Sanskrit Devanagari: पुनर्जीवन, Sanskrit Romanization: punar jīvana, Chinese literal meaning: पुनर्जीवन) and the Black Line Hell, and the Extremely Hot Hell. Because of despising the Holy Dharma, he will dwell there for great kalpas. In whatever unbearable hell, those who torment childlike beings, it is because they despise the Holy Dharma and are obscured by the darkness of hatred. Not understanding the nature of children, or out of the arrogance of ignorant wrong views, despising the King of Vidyas, one will fall into the unbearable hell. Therefore, do not commit sins, and false speech should also be condemned, and do not despise the Holy Dharma, and wrong views should also be condemned. Therefore, always have faith, and always rely on the rituals of mantras, understand the Dharma, speak truthfully, and be happy to benefit sentient beings. If one relies on mantras and those who understand mantras, he will surely attain accomplishment. From the supreme, intermediate, and inferior, one performs various kinds of actions. Action is accomplished through deeds, and if one does not act, always from being associated with the action of deeds, one will always attain accomplishment from it. Act
