དྲི་ཡི་ཟས་སུ་རབ་ཏུ་བསྒྲགས། །དེ་བཞིན་འདོད་ཁམས་སེམས་ཅན་དག །སྣ་ཚོགས་ཟས་ལ་སྤྱོད་པ་ཡིན། །དེ་ཉིད་ཕྱིར་ནི་ཐུབ་དབང་གིས། །ལས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུ་ཡིས་གསུངས་པ་ནི། །སེམས་ཅན་ཟས་ཀྱིས་གནས་པ་ཞེས། །ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ནི་རབ་ཏུ་བསྒྲགས། །ཟློས་ལ་རྟག་ཏུ་བརྩོན་པས་ནི། །ཟས་ཀྱི་ཚོད་རིག་བྱ་བ་ཡིན། །གང་ཕྱིར་སྔགས་བརྟེན་ནུས་པ་ནི། །ཁ་ཟས་ལ་ནི་རབ་ཏུ་གནས། ། སྤྱོད་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པ་དང་། །དགེ་ཞིང་ཚངས་པར་སྤྱོད་པ་དང་། །ཁ་ཟས་ཚོད་ནི་རིག་པ་ལ། །དེ་ལ་གྲུབ་པ་རྙེད་མི་དཀའ། །ཅི་ལྟར་ཤིང་རྟའི་ཤིང་རྟ་པས། །མིག་ནི་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐུས་པ་ནི། །ཡུན་རིང་དུས་སུ་བརྟེན་ཕྱིར་དང་། །ཁལ་ནི་འདེགས་པར་བྱ་ཕྱིར་རོ། །དེ་བཞིན་སྔགས་པ་སྔགས་ཤེས་པས། །ཁ་ཟས་གནས་ཕྱིར་འཛིན་བྱེད་དང་། །ལུས་ཀྱང་ཚིམ་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར། །ཟློས་པས་རྟག་ཏུ་གསོ་བར་བྱ། །སྔགས་རྣམས་བསྒྲུབ་པའི་ཕྱིར་དང་ནི། །བྱང་ཆུབ་ཚོགས་ནི་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ནི་སྔགས་བཟླ་བ། །མི་ཡི་འཇིག་རྟེན་བསྲུང་བྱ་བའོ། །དེ་ཉིད་ཕྱིར་ན་ཐུབ་མཆོག་ནི། །འོད་སྲུང་ཞེས་བྱ་སྔོན་བྱུང་བ། །དེ་ཚེ་དེ་དུས་ས་སྟེང་འདིར། །འོད་ཆེན་ལྡན་པ་དེས་གསུངས་པ། །འབྱུང་པོ་རྣམས་ལ་ལེགས་དོན་དུ། །སྔགས་འདི་རབ་ཏུ་གསུངས་པ་ནི། །འཇིག་རྟེན་མ་ལུས་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དང་། །དམན་དང་དབུལ་དང་སྐྱོ་བ་དང་། །འབད་རྩོལ་དག་ལ་ཉོན་མོངས་པ། །དེ་དག་དོན་ཕྱིར་གསུངས་པ་ནི། །འབྱུང་པོ་རྣམས་ལ་ལེགས་དོན་དང་། །དེ་བཞིན་གནས་པར་འདོད་པ་ཡང་། །འབྱུང་པོ་རྣམས་ལ་ཟས་དོན་དུ། །སྔགས་མཆོག་འདི་ནི་གསུངས་པ་ཡིན། །ཉན་ཐོས་དག་ ནི་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། །བྱང་ཆུབ་ལ་གནས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཉོན། །བདག་གིས་སྔགས་འདི་རབ་བརྗོད་ཀྱིས། །ནད་རྣམས་འཇིག་བྱེད་ཟུང་ཤིག་དང་། །གང་ཡང་བཀྲེས་ནད་ཀྱིས་ཉེན་དང་། །གང་ཡང་སེམས་ཅན་སྐོམ་པ་རྣམས། །ཀུན་གྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཉེར་ཞིའི་ཕྱིར། །འབྱོར་པ་འདོད་རྣམས་རབ་ཉོན་ཅིག །འོད་སྲུང་འོད་ནི་ཆེན་པོ་པ། །ཐུབ་པ་མཆོག་གིས་དེ་སྐད་གསུངས། །ཉན་ཐོས་རྣམས་ནི་ཡིད་དགའ་ནས། །ཁྱབ་བདག་ལ་ནི་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །ཆོས་མཁྱེན་སྔགས་ནི་བཤད་དུ་གསོལ། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཐུབ་པ་ཆེ། ། སེམས་ཅན་བརྩེ་བའི་མཆོག་གྱུར་པ། །དུས་ནི་རབ་ཏུ་ཉེ་བར་གནས། །དེ་སྐད་གསོལ་ནས་ཐུབ་མཆོག་གིས། །ཀ་ལ་པིང་ཀའི་སྒྲ་སྐད་དང་། །རྔ་བོ་ཆེ་ཡི་སྒྲ་སྐད་དང་། །ཚངས་དབྱངས་སྟོབས་ནི་ཆེན་པོ་དང་། །ཚངས་ཤེས་རྒྱལ་བ་སྔོན་འདྲེན་པས། །འབྱུང་པོའི་ཚོགས་ནི་ག

香气被广为宣扬为食物。 同样，欲界众生 享用各种食物。 因此，能仁（释迦牟尼佛） 以业的因缘宣说： “众生以食物为住处”， 对一切都广为宣扬。 以恒常精进于念诵， 就能通晓食物的量。 因为依靠真言的力量， 主要在于食物。 行为完全清净， 行善且梵行， 对于通晓食物的量， 获得成就并不困难。 如同车夫驾驶车辆， 眼睛完全注视， 因为依赖长久的时间， 并且为了举起重物。 同样，咒师通晓真言， 为了食物的安住而执持， 并且为了身体的饱足， 以念诵恒常滋养。 为了成就诸真言， 并且为了积聚菩提资粮， 同样地念诵真言， 是为了守护人类世界。 因此，最胜的能仁（释迦牟尼佛） 名为光护的过去佛， 彼时彼刻在这地上， 具有大光明者所宣说， 为了利益众生， 广为宣说此真言， 为了整个世界的痛苦， 卑贱、贫穷、忧伤， 以及勤劳中的烦恼， 为了这些的缘故而宣说。 为了利益众生， 以及想要安住于此， 为了众生的食物， 宣说了此殊胜真言。 所有声闻众， 以及安住于菩提的一切众生谛听。 我将广说此真言， 以及摧毁疾病的疫病， 以及任何被饥饿所困扰的， 以及任何口渴的众生， 为了平息一切痛苦， 想要富裕者仔细听。 光护，具有大光明者， 最胜的能仁如此宣说。 声闻众心生欢喜， 向遍主（释迦牟尼佛）祈请。 请宣说通晓正法的真言， 正法之王，伟大的能仁， 成为慈爱众生的至尊， 时间非常临近。 如此祈请后，最胜的能仁（释迦牟尼佛） 以迦陵频伽的音声， 以及大鼓的音声， 以及梵天之音的大力， 以及梵天之智的引导者， 聚集了众生

Fragrance is widely proclaimed as food. Likewise, sentient beings of the desire realm Enjoy various foods. Therefore, the Able One (Shakyamuni Buddha) Spoke of the cause of karma: "Sentient beings abide by food," Widely proclaimed to all. By constantly striving in recitation, One can understand the measure of food. Because the power relies on mantra, It mainly abides in food. Behavior is completely pure, Virtuous and practicing celibacy, For understanding the measure of food, Attaining accomplishment is not difficult. Just as a charioteer drives a chariot, The eyes are fully focused, Because of relying on a long time, And to lift the burden. Likewise, a mantra practitioner knowing mantras, Holds for the sake of food's abiding, And to satisfy the body, Constantly nourishes by recitation. For the sake of accomplishing mantras, And to accumulate the accumulations of Bodhi, Likewise, reciting mantras, Is to protect the human world. Therefore, the supreme Able One (Shakyamuni Buddha), A past Buddha named Light Protector, At that time, at that moment, on this earth, The one with great light spoke, For the benefit of beings, Widely proclaimed this mantra, For the suffering of the entire world, Baseness, poverty, sorrow, And afflictions in labor, For the sake of these, it was spoken. For the benefit of beings, And also wanting to abide here, For the sake of food for beings, This supreme mantra was spoken. All the Shravakas, And all beings abiding in Bodhi, listen. I will widely speak this mantra, And the plague that destroys diseases, And anyone afflicted by hunger, And any thirsty beings, To pacify all suffering, those who desire wealth, listen carefully. Light Protector, the one with great light, The supreme Able One spoke thus. The Shravakas rejoiced, And prayed to the All-Pervading One (Shakyamuni Buddha). Please speak the mantra that knows the Dharma, The King of Dharma, the great Able One, Becoming the supreme one who loves beings, The time is very near. Having prayed thus, the supreme Able One (Shakyamuni Buddha) With the voice of the Kalaviṅka, And the sound of the great drum, And the great power of the Brahma's voice, And the guide of Brahma's wisdom, Gathered the assembly of beings.
