Accomplishing, doing good, and being supreme above all worldly and transmundane mantras, the unobstructed essence of all Tathagatas, fulfilling all thoughts, what is that? Oṃ ནྠཱི （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） Friends, this is the most secret, accomplishing everything, the king of knowledge called "One Syllable," not to be surpassed, difficult for all sentient beings to subdue, the auspiciousness of all beings, accomplishing all Buddhas, the master of all mantras, the lord of all worlds. For those who are extremely hateful, possessing the nature of loving-kindness, and for all beings, generating compassion. It destroys all obstacles. In short, however much you try to harmonize, that is how the work will be accomplished, even without practice, the work will be accomplished. By reciting this mantra and touching, one can subdue them. By blessing clothes and wearing them, one will become fortunate. By blessing a toothbrush, dental diseases will be calmed. By blessing a white oleander twig seven times and eating it, food will appear even without seeking it. For eye diseases, add rock salt, bless it seven times and apply it to the eyes, and the eye disease will be eliminated. For ear diseases, take a grass called "Tsatrika" that grows from thunder, touch the back of an elephant, wrap it in its own leaves, burn it with a small fire until it becomes very soft, mix it with a little rock salt powder and warm water, bless it seven times and pour it into the ear, and in that instant, the earache will be calmed. When a woman is giving birth and the fetus is pushing upwards, causing pain and exhaustion, soak the root of the Adarusha tree in water without insects, and apply it around the navel, and it will be calmed. For a person who has been stabbed by a weapon, bless old butter one hundred and eight times, and drink it or apply it, and the pain will be eliminated from that direction in that instant.
