Perfection is attained, victory is achieved, and likewise, one becomes a place of giving in the world. Also, one can cut off the edge of the three existences. By diligently engaging in mantras and tantras, one should know that one can hold fame. A practitioner with the conduct of a Brahmin's dharma is one who should be well praised. By diligently engaging in mantras and tantras, one can be close to the conduct of a king. At that time, in unpleasant times, one can also appear in all the worlds. One called a scribe is a supreme Brahmin, rich and having reached the other shore of the Vedas. He travels well in all the lands here for the sake of debate. At the edge of the three seas and the earth, he delights in debating with outsiders. Why? Because the first word of the chief lord, spoken completely by the youth, desiring to benefit all sentient beings, one should also recite the six-syllable mantra. In these vast rituals, he relies on him, he relies on him. Other than the victorious one and the well-victorious one, and the virtuous one with fame, the one with lineage and the one with dharma, and the diligent and excellent pervader, honey and excellent honey, likewise the accomplished one and the one without pride, Rahula and the common people, likewise other Kashmir-born ones, in the recitation of this youth, everything can appear. All of them are virtuous, wise, and learned. All their mantras are manifest, and they abide in the life of a king. After that, the most famous one is the Brahmin whose first letter is "Vi". In the city called Flower City, he became the wrathful one. Because he was completely oppressed by poverty, he subdued the kings. Manjushri spoke here of the wrathful king Yamantaka, to tame the untamed sentient beings, and to tame the difficult to tame, and to prevent the unprofitable, and to increase the benefit, and to take care of sentient beings, and to prevent sentient beings from taking life. That foolish Brahmin boy, because of poverty, anger, and desire, recites the mantra of the wrathful one to harm the king's life. After that, the most famous one is the Brahmin whose first letter is "A". Possessing the nature of dharma, meaning, and virtue, speaking truthfully and subduing the senses, called respected by many lords, at that time the mantra should be recited. When the mantra is accomplished, it is for the sake of being able to be independent, not for others.
