All the immeasurable palaces were filled with great light. Then, Manjushri, become a youth, from the essence of Yamantaka, the King of Wrath, performs all actions, and invites the One Hero, requests to come, pacifies and prospers, and manifests, makes invisible, travels in the sky, enters the earth, walks on water without sinking, and summons, and distinguishes and subdues. And, all fragrances and garlands, and lamps, are also given by the mantra of one's own lineage. In short, however it is combined, it is accomplished. This is called the three syllables, the great power that accomplishes all purposes. What is the mantra of the King of Wrath that is spoken? Then, Manjushri, become a youth, raised his right hand and placed it on the crown of the Wrathful One. He also said this: I prostrate to all the Buddhas! May the Buddhas, the Bhagavad Ones, consider! Whoever, in the realms of the ten directions, abides and possesses the boundless and limitless miraculous powers, may the Bodhisattvas abide especially in the samaya! Having said this, he circled his hand around the King of Wrath and released him. As soon as the Great King of Wrath was released, he went to all the complete realms of the world, and in an instant, whoever had thoughts of hatred, the beings with great miraculous powers, were subdued and summoned there, and placed in the great retinue mandala of the pure abode's immeasurable palace, and remained as they were. For the unruly beings, he also made a collection of garlands of all-burning flames, and placed them perfectly on their heads. Then, Manjushri, become a youth, looked at that retinue mandala and said: Beings, all of you, listen! Whoever transgresses this samaya, the King of Wrath will inflict punishment upon them, because why?
