It is the mudra of skillful means. It can completely destroy all the karma of samsara. It can make all sentient beings happy, increase lifespan, be free from disease, possess power, and fulfill all wishes. It can make all the accumulations of enlightenment complete. It can make all sentient beings rejoice. It can make all the wishes in the minds of all sentient beings come true and obtain the results. It can accomplish all activities. It can skillfully accomplish all mantras. It is complete with all mudras and mantras. Manjushri, listen carefully. First, briefly describe the characteristics of the crown of the head: bring both hands together and extend them. Hold the thumbs and index fingers with the nails in the palms, and join the tips of the thumbs. Touch and join the tips of the two little fingers. Similarly, join the nails and tips of the two middle fingers, and also join the index fingers with the index fingers. This is the mudra called "Great Seal of the All-Illuminating Crown of the Head." The mantra here is: Om Mu Hum. By bending the index finger and joining the nails with the tips of the nails like a wheel, this is the great Dharma wheel mudra called "Eliminating the Painful Inversion of Wrong Views." The mantra here is: Om Vajra Shani Hum Phet. This is the mudra of the lotus posture, and if it is correctly combined with the mantra, it can accomplish all activities. Like the clouds of autumn, it can make all obstacles fearful. Whether it is the retinue of the four great demon kings, or the obstacles of gods and asuras, just seeing this sacred mudra of the lotus posture will cause fear. If the tips of the lower two fingers are aligned, it becomes the mudra of the fist. Whichever mantra it is, it can be combined with the mudra. During practice or beforehand during recitation, one can sit or stand, reciting it once or as many times as one wishes. By doing so, all obstacles and evils will not find an opportunity, and accomplishments will manifest. Placing it below the navel is the heart essence mudra of the crown-turning king that cannot be overcome by others. If the root mudra of the crown is used together with any other action, it will accomplish all tasks. Furthermore, lifting the tip of the thumb and touching the tip of the index finger, and repeatedly lifting it, is the Tibetan mudra. If you rotate the mudra to the left, you will be freed from the bound directions.
