འི་སྐྱེ་བོ་ནི། །མྱུར་དུ་དུག་ནི་མེད་པར་འགྱུར། །ཕྱག་རྒྱ་མཆོག་ནི་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་ཆེ། །བཞི་བཅུ་དག་ནི་ཡང་དག་བསྟན། །དེ་ནས་གཞན་ཡང་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཡི། །མཚན་ཞིང་ཡང་དག་བཤད་བྱ་བ། །ལག་གཉིས་དེ་བཞིན་རྣམ་བཀོད་པ། །སོར་མོའི་རྩེ་མོ་ལེགས་པར་སྦྱར། །གཡོན་མིན་ལག་པའི་ནང་དུ་ནི། །འབད་པས་ལག་གཡོན་གཞུག་པར་བྱ། །ཐམས་ཅད་འོག་ཏུ་བྱས་པ་ཡི། །ལུ་གུ་རྒྱུད་དུ་བསྟན་པ་ཡིན། ། འདི་ནི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་རབ་མཆོག་སྟེ། །གདུག་པ་མ་ལུས་འཆིང་བར་བྱེད། 之生者，速疾毒即得消除，此最上之手印，具大神通力，四十手印皆已示，复次其他手印之，名称亦当如实说，两手如是作布置，指端善巧令相合，非左手之掌中，努力将左手放入，一切皆置于其下，是为连环相扣印。此乃最上之手印，能缚一切诸毒害，最胜能仁所宣说，若与此等真言合，星宿罗刹具罪者，一切诸魔皆能缚。两手如是皆合拢，解开次第如实竖，中指节上置拇指，如是仪轨而安放，两拇指之顶端亦，与中指间节善巧合，面向火方作指示，与火之真言善巧合，于火之事业一切时，当迎请火天降临也，若善结火天之手印，速疾火天即降临。以手印真言请安住，于指尖之顶端上，拇指顶端善巧合，是为迎请火天之，手印此为众所许，是为善能成办火之业。随所欲念诵诸明咒，诸天神等即降临，此为一切手印之所欲，是佛陀加持所宣说。以具最胜之明咒力，能作种种诸事业。两手如是作布置，手指完全相合后，手指顶端稍分开，松缓作圆形而安放。其后莲花令圆满，花口莫令作张开，此乃圆满诸希愿，手印能成办一切义，此手印乃为最殊胜，往昔如来所宣说。为欲利益诸有情，文殊菩萨所结印，有情心中所欲求，心中希愿之利益，以具大神通明咒力，速疾成办彼等事。此手印乃为最殊胜，是名圆满诸希愿，此乃最上之手印，能善成办一切事，速疾诸明咒皆能成。

Those who are born will quickly be free from poison. This supreme mudra has great miraculous power. All forty mudras have been perfectly shown. Furthermore, the names of other mudras should also be truly explained. Arrange both hands in this way, skillfully joining the fingertips. In the palm of the non-left hand, diligently place the left hand. With everything placed underneath, it is shown as a linked chain. This is the supreme mudra, which binds all poisons. It was spoken by the supreme Thuba. If combined with these mantras, stars, Rakshasas, and sinful ones, all demons will be bound. Gather both hands together in this way, unfold and sequentially erect them correctly. Place the thumb on the middle finger joint, and arrange it according to this ritual. Also, the tips of both thumbs should be skillfully joined to the middle finger's interstice. By showing the direction towards the fire, skillfully combine it with the fire mantra. In all fire activities, one should invite the fire deity to descend. If one skillfully forms the fire deity's mudra, the fire deity will quickly descend. Invite them to stay with the mudra and mantra. On the very tips of the fingers, skillfully join the tips of the thumbs. This is the mudra for inviting the fire deity to descend, which is accepted by all. It is for skillfully accomplishing the fire activity. By reciting whatever mantras one desires, all the deities will descend. This is the desire of all mudras, spoken by the Buddha's blessing. With the power of the supreme mantra, one can perform various activities. Arrange both hands in this way, after joining all the fingers completely. Separate the tips of the fingers slightly, loosen and make them round. Then, make the lotus complete, without opening the mouth of the flower. This is the mudra that fulfills all wishes, said to accomplish all meanings. This mudra is the most supreme, spoken by the Tathagatas of the past. Wishing to benefit all sentient beings, it was formed by Manjushri. Whatever sentient beings desire in their hearts, whatever benefit they wish for in their hearts, with the power of great miraculous mantras, quickly accomplish those things. This mudra is the most supreme, called the fulfillment of all wishes in the heart. This is the most supreme mudra, which skillfully accomplishes all activities, and quickly accomplishes all mantras.

起作用，具广大之物，能仁之月以月之光充分显示。月以莲花之族，彼与此手印相合。咒师如所愿，作种种之业。双手如是合拢，二指竖立，中指指尖二者，稍稍向下是马降。彼若如实竖立，说是善妙马降。彼互相合，显示为佛法螺之声。拇指之主竖立，智者知为胜者之声。双手如是如实合，指尖如实弯曲，手指全部合拢，稍稍宽阔出现，彼乃知佛大鼓。法之鼓竖立也。其后一手掌，右置于左之上，下部充分相合，如实合为象之相。右手中指之指，如象鼻般充分作。度脱轮回者，此手印显示为象。此手印乃大手印，圆满佛陀充分显示，作一切事业，为世间一切所供养。右手伸展而充分竖立，彼被认为是施无畏。左手伸展，置于肘关节处。中指食指相合，二拇指置于中间。 二中指竖立，是无误之印。彼指如是相合，拇指置于其上，充分置于关节之下，说是长尾之印。彼指指尖充分竖立，显示为箭之手印。二指指尖如实相连，互相指尖相触，彼二指关节处二拇指相合，二小指如实伸展。彼显示为敌阵，手印成办一切义。一切如实合拢，亦为一切手印所供养。如是充分竖立，二指指尖相合，彼乃兵器顶端唯一之印。如是轮、箭、大犁，食指

Acting, possessing the substance of vastness, the moon of the Able One fully reveals the light of the moon. The moon with the lotus family, it is combined with this mudra. The mantra practitioner performs various actions as desired. The two hands are thus brought together, the two fingers are raised. The tips of the two middle fingers, slightly downward, are the horse descent. If it is truly raised, it is said to be the excellent horse descent. They are joined together, shown as the sound of the Buddha's conch. The chief of the thumbs is raised, the wise know it as the sound of the Victorious One. The two hands are thus truly joined, the fingertips are truly bent, all the fingers are joined, slightly wide appearing, it is known as the Great Drum of the Buddha. The drum of Dharma is raised. Then one palm, the right placed on the left, the lower part fully joined, truly joined as the form of an elephant. The finger of the right middle finger, fully made like an elephant's trunk. By those who have gone beyond samsara, this mudra is shown as an elephant. This mudra is the Great Mudra, fully revealed by the Perfect Buddha, performing all actions, worshiped by all the world. The right hand extended and fully raised, it is considered the giving of fearlessness. The left hand extended, placed on the elbow joint. The middle finger and index finger joined, the two thumbs placed in the middle. The two middle fingers are raised, it is the infallible seal. The fingers are thus joined, the thumb placed on top, fully placed under the joint, it is said to be the seal of the long tail. The fingertips are fully raised, shown as the arrow mudra. The fingertips of the two fingers are truly connected, the fingertips touching each other, the two thumbs joined at the joints of those two fingers, the two little fingers truly extended. It is shown as the enemy array, the mudra accomplishes all meanings. Everything is truly gathered together, also worshiped by all mudras. 应当如轮一般行持，殊胜手印亦当开示，这六十种手印，是与仪轨一同宣说的。这些全部都是兵器的印，说是与真言完全相应。所有下劣者所作的损害，星曜与食肉鬼女和，所有罗刹女之主，令幼小心识者恐惧，由手印的兵器所生，所有这些都会被它摧毁。这六十种手印的，体性已略作开示。此后还有应宣说的，手印的仪轨如实生起。两手如是善布置，如莲花般如实举起，以所有指头来成办，此即称为莲花手印。此手印称为殊胜，与莲花部完全相应，所有莲花部，以真言相应故能成善。由佛陀加持所生，说是能迅速成办诸事业。所有已说的莲花部，能成办所有真言。此莲花诸手印，称作手印之莲花。两手如实合掌后，两食指如实竖立，中指指头相合后，如实生起三尖金刚杵。 中指指节之中间，两拇指之顶端相合，此即说是金刚杵，是最殊胜的手印。所有金刚杵部的真言，彼等此手印能成办。若善入于具仪轨者，则能迅速成就。与成办事业完全相应，若恒常成办所应成办者，则于彼能恒常成就上下之成就。所有世间真言，亦能毫无疑惑地成就。两手如实合掌后，两中指如实竖立，无名指拇指亦弯曲，两小指相合，两食指顶端相接后，两食指中间指节弯曲，两中指顶端相合，如实生起如轮一般。此乃法轮，此处是手印之王。彼时法王所说，善妙转法轮。由能仁第七月，彼时于寂静之轮。
