Possessing excellent sound and correctness, constantly and closely related to meaning, always free from distorted words, well-adorned with meaning. Not belonging to external philosophical systems, it is greatly proclaimed as the mantra of the noble ones. Constantly possessing words and meaning, it becomes a distinction of three categories. Long and short vowels, and similarly, it is also adorned with intermediate letters. That which has become the goddess of mantras is adorned with the combination of vowel letters. Speech is neither Sanskrit nor non-Sanskrit, how can it be said to be meaningful or meaningless? Meaningful words and meaningless words, the meaning of mantras has been explained. The words of many conceptualizations are the mantras of all worldly beings. One and two letters, etc., are the good foundation for combining vowel letters. Three, four, five, and six letters, similarly, there are seven and eight letters. Nine and ten letters are also like that, it is believed that these letters are the basis of accomplishment. Completely corresponding with ten letters, listen to the abode of the letters. If these letters increase tenfold, letters can also be seen on this earth. Six and twenty letters, and even transforming between one letter. These amounts of letters, the words of mantras are always combined. Completely corresponding with four lines, mantras can accomplish all meanings. Supreme is extremely supreme and meaningful, this is the mantra spoken by the Buddhas. Those sons of the Buddhas, what is spoken by the sons of the Buddhas is intermediate. What is taught by all the world, the mantra is inferior. What is taught by those who are devoid of truth is also bad. Fourteen, eighteen, seven, or twenty, or even between one hundred and fifty. These amounts of mantras are what the Buddhas and noble ones have spoken. Those that transform between one and two letters, and even five hundred letters, these amounts of mantras are what the Bodhisattvas have spoken. Among them, the words are laughter, and it is said to be in accordance with the mantra. Possessing combination and possessing vowels, adorned with the meaning of the elements. Corresponding well with words, and corresponding with tantras and reasoning, when will the mantra that is devoid of sound and vowels be accomplished? Sounds that correspond well, the warm places of beings and the palate, and the sounds of teeth, lips, and throat, etc., arise in order as they are combined. Unclear and contrary to speech.

Well-spoken and perfectly endowed, complete with words and pure sounds, it will be accomplished with truth and completeness. Accomplishment diminishes and actions diminish. If separated from sound, meaning, and essence, then mantras will not be accomplished quickly, and it will take a long time. However, accomplishment is not entirely absent, nor does it do anything wrong. It also appears in other lifetimes and bestows the supreme mantra accomplishment. If recited for a long time, then by the power of that mantra, the mantra of the mantra-knowing person will not do meaningless things. The last of all mantras is the non-human world. All spirits are full of stinginess. Whoever it is, he teaches the mantra. Whatever letters he teaches, the numbers of one and two, and various kinds of barbarian languages, are taught in the local language. It is combined with a string, and the sound becomes mixed. These go from one letter to eighty thousand. Four-line verses and verses without lines, and single words connected together, are taught. The verses are continuous and clear, and the verses are expressed in words. Saying it again and again has meaning, and it is adorned with clear meaning. Even if there are phonetic errors and the Sanskrit sound is diminished, the meaning is well examined. Unclear and without clarity, even if the letters are diminished, it is acceptable. For those who are separated from the place of going, it is said that the mantra can be accomplished. Thus, for all mantras, it is said to be reasonable because it is always beneficial. All defiled and undefiled mantras, this is its name. In whatever there are many letters of 'sa', and Om (藏文:ཨོྃ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) is adorned with 'ta', from that, in its abundance, in those, accomplishment is certain. The first mantra is the letter Om (藏文:ཨོྃ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡). At the end, there is the letter 'ma'. The letter 'sa' has a foot. Likewise, 'ta' adorns the middle. The shape of 'ta' has four corners. The final letter is completely abandoned. The letter 'ta' with two 'ra's accomplishes the mantras. At first, there are many two 'ra's, and there is the quality of the letter Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). The letter 'tsa' appears square. These are said to accomplish the letters. The letter 'bha' has 'ra', and at the end of the letter, there is 'ma' and a letter. At first, there is 'ma' and many letters. That is said to be the supreme mantra. Whatever there are many letters of 'na', in all the tantras.
