于彼现前逝，甚深之法 示彼当生信。生信已，亦当解脱一切病。当得灌顶。当随得菩提萨埵之地。以赤旃檀作莲花，带枝六指许，以赤旃檀之香膏涂之。赞千遍，以勺倾注千遍。月圆时，于绢画面前，置莲花之器，以手持之，如是尽力炽燃而诵，持彼者，当如十六岁之年龄，色如炼金，具胜于日之光辉，当如童天之神，一切持明者皆敬礼，当活一大劫。身坏已，当生极喜。月为罗睺所食时，取白菖蒲，以牛之五物洗之。以菩提树叶覆之，如是尽力暖热、烟生与燃烧之间而诵。暖热生者，能使一切众生自在，且胜一切争论。烟生者，能隐身且活三万岁。燃烧者，能于虚空行走且活一大劫。取黄色母牛带犊之酥油。置铜器中，以七片菩提树叶覆之而放。如是尽力获得三种成就之间而诵，饮彼者，能持所闻且隐身，且能于虚空行走。月为罗睺所食时，口含药 புஷ்கரமூல （梵文天城体：पुष्करमूल，梵文罗马音：puṣkaramūla，汉语字面意思：莲根），如是尽力发出จุลุจุลุ之声而诵。取出彼药，以三铁丝缠绕之，又极力含于口中，能隐身。吐出彼药，则能显现。口含芳香之荔枝，诵十万遍，与谁语，彼即自在。食一捧牛奶与炒青稞面，诵十二万遍，能成持明者。以乞食为生，如树般不语而行苦行，诵十万遍，能隐身。当诵

Having gone manifestly, to the profound Dharma, He should develop faith in the one who teaches it. Having developed faith, he will also be completely liberated from all diseases. He will receive empowerment. He will subsequently attain the ground of a Bodhisattva. Make a lotus from red sandalwood, about six fingers with branches, and anoint it with red sandalwood paste. Praise it a thousand times, and pour with a ladle a thousand times. On the full moon, place the lotus vessel in front of a silk painting, hold it with your hand, and recite as long as it burns intensely. By holding it, one will become like the age of sixteen, with a complexion like refined gold, possessing splendor greater than the sun, becoming like a young god, revered by all Vidyadharas, and will live for a great kalpa. When the body is destroyed, one will be born in Abhirati. When the moon is seized by Rahu, take white calamus and wash it with the five products of a cow. Cover it with Ashvattha leaves, and recite as long as there is warmth, smoke, and burning. When warmth arises, one will gain control over all beings and conquer all opponents. When smoke arises, one will become invisible and live for thirty thousand years. When it burns, one will travel in the sky and live for a great kalpa. Take butter from a yellowish cow with a calf. Place it in a copper vessel, covered with seven Ashvattha leaves. Recite until the three siddhis are obtained, and by drinking it, one will retain what is heard, become invisible, and be able to travel in the sky. If one makes a mandala with cow dung that has not fallen on the ground, spreads flowers on it, recites it one hundred and eight times, and then reads the holy Dharma text, one will be able to fully understand it within a month.
