Recite it a million times. Practice asceticism by not speaking like a tree, and bathe at three times, change clothes three times, and always practice posadha. Live on vegetables, a handful of barley, milk, and begged food. Food should also be divided into four parts: one part for the Three Jewels, the second for Manjushri, the third for all sentient beings, and the fourth for oneself to enjoy. With an untiring body, remember the Bhagavan, with a mind focused on all sentient beings, not doing anything for oneself, but meditating and reciting here for the benefit of all other sentient beings. Bathing, fragrance, flowers, incense, food, and lamps should also be offered. Bathing is done to the shadow or image of the cloth painting. Incense is burned below. Flowers and food should also be offered constantly. Right there, these should be offered first: first the Three Jewels, then Maitreya, then Avalokiteshvara, the noble Samantabhadra, Akashagarbha, the noble Akshayamati, Candraprabha Kumara, Sarvanivaranaviskambhin, the noble Vajrapani, the noble Tara, the noble Mahamayuri, the noble Aparajita, and the Bhagavati Prajnaparamita. Offer incense, flowers, incense, torma, and lamps to all of these first, and then offer to the cloth painting. Then, in some direction outside, make images of snakes, ogresses, donkeys, elephants, and wrong views with ant nests, and offer their leftovers. What should be remembered in the mind is that the residue of sesame and the residue of guggulu, as well as food made from sesame, soybeans, fish, meat, and amla, as well as food from Barataka, lotus leaves, and Kharba vessels should all be completely abandoned. Sit on a cushion of kusha grass and stay there, meditating on the remembrance of the Buddha and reciting with your mind. In another secluded place, spread kusha grass as a cushion. Too much drinking, too much eating, too much walking, and too much seeing,
