Grasping the end of the garment. This is the empowerment of the King, immeasurable in life and wisdom, completely unassailable by demons, the ritual of the image of the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened Buddha. The supreme mantra of this one syllable of the Bhagavan is this: This is the King of the Crown, greatly competing with the Crown-Turning Wheel King, with equal diligence, equal power. The power of this vast merit is inconceivable, with great miraculous power and great strength. In short, it is the Crown King, the Turning Wheel of all the Tathagatas. Whatever is extensively taught as the ritual for the one syllable, all of that is also accomplished. Even without accomplishment, merely reciting it can accomplish all actions, so what need is there to mention accomplishment? The desired perfect fruit and desires will also be obtained. Whatever is manifestly desired in the mind, merely seeing the image will accomplish it. One will definitely incline towards enlightenment. This very Bhagavan, blessed by the empowerment of the King, immeasurable in life and wisdom, completely unassailable by demons, is the Tathagata.

For a practitioner, accomplishment will occur by thoroughly applying the various subtleties of the thousand and eight actions. What are those? First, for a moment, reciting once protects oneself. Reciting twice will protect others. Reciting three times will make the protection firm. Even a Bodhisattva Mahasattva who is firmly established on the ten bhumis cannot truly move it, so what need is there to mention other sentient beings? Reciting four times on a five-colored thread and tying it around the waist will seal the semen, and even in a dream, semen will not arise from this. Unless one desires it oneself, if one desires it during the day or night, then do it every day. If one does not desire it, then recite seven times over ashes and apply it around the navel, and for three weeks, the semen will be sealed. Reciting five times and meditating on the Buddha Bhagavan, whatever one touches will be controlled. When the moon is seized by Rahu and holds the entire lunar mandala, ignite a fire of Arka wood, and even without a cloth, look manifestly to the east, and offer ten thousand ghee oblations in a fire offering. Near the king's palace, not separated by water, not made into a divine place, in whatever direction the king resides, thoroughly apply the fire offering near that, and at dawn the king will be controlled. Everything that is said will be done. If he is not controlled, then his mind will become perverted or he will become distracted, then it should be reversed again, and by making a fire offering with a thousand and eight milk oblations, from that time onwards, he will naturally abide. These actions should not be done to those who have faith, who have faith in the Three Jewels, and who have generated the mind of enlightenment, for if they are done, a very great heap of non-merit will arise. They should be done to those who harm others, who have malicious minds, and who have violent minds. If one gives alms every day, the mind will become peaceful. If it does not become peaceful, one will become very impoverished, and only the remnant of life will remain. Furthermore, there are other actions.
