For all the actions previously mentioned, if you bathe with milk and then perform a fire offering, it will be pacified. With a fire offering of butter, everything will be pacified, and it will also become weakened. By clenching the fist, all mantras become stiff. By thinking of liberation in the mind, one will be liberated. One who wishes to accomplish a mantra should also bind with this and then accomplish it. Whoever wishes to accomplish any ritual should also accomplish it with this. Accomplishing mantras and invoking the deity with this mantra, and also sending them back, are the same. Whoever is protected by this is difficult to overcome. If someone has not accomplished this mantra or has not received a response, then recite it together with this mantra. One will quickly accomplish it or receive a response. If one has not accomplished it or has not given a response, then it will be destroyed before long. Focusing on any mantra, mix sesame seeds with yogurt, honey, and butter, and perform a fire offering one hundred and eight times, three times a day, for seven days, then that will be under its control. Whatever is said, it will do that work or receive a response. If you want to control a god, perform a fire offering of sandalwood wood one hundred and eight times for seven days, and it will be under your control. If you hold it, you will become a knowledge-holding Chakravartin. Each month, practice between the full moon and the half-moon of the month of miracles, and you will achieve it. Just by achieving this, all dharmas will become manifest. All supernormal powers will be perfectly attained. All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will be pleased, and all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will praise. It will be accomplished. You will have the attendants of a thousand Chakravartins from other world realms.
