There is no sound of suffering and sorrow, no female body, the land, stones, walls, fences, stables, window nets, and eaves are all of the nature of lapis lazuli. The pillars and roofs are of the nature of the seven treasures. Just like the World of Bliss, the qualities and adornments of the Buddha land that appears as lapis lazuli are also the same. In that world, there are countless inconceivable Bodhisattvas. Among them, there are two main Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, one named Manifestation Like the Sun, and the other named Manifestation Like the Moon. They are the holders of the sacred Dharma treasury of the Bhagavan Tathagata Medicine Guru Vaidurya Prabha. Manjushri, therefore, faithful sons or daughters of good families should aspire to be born in that Buddha land! Again, the Bhagavan said to Manjushri, who had become a youth: Manjushri, there are sentient beings who do not know what is good and what is not good. They are overcome by attachment and do not know about giving and the ripening of the fruits of giving. They are foolish children, devoid of the power of faith, and diligently guard their wealth and so on, but their minds do not incline towards giving properly. When the time for giving is near, they become unhappy as if cutting off the flesh from their own bodies. Those sentient beings do not even use it sufficiently for themselves, let alone give it to their parents, wives, sons, and daughters. Needless to say, they do not give to male servants, female servants, and workers. Needless to say, they do not give to beggars. Such sentient beings, after dying from here, will be reborn in the world of pretas. Or they will be reborn in the realm of animals. Among them, those who, when they were previously humans, heard the name of the Bhagavan Tathagata Medicine Guru Vaidurya Prabha, whether they dwell in the world of Yama, or dwell in the realm of animals, there, the Tathagata

It will become, once remembered, gradually, then die, and then be reborn in the human world again. One will remember past lives. Fearing the terrors of the lower realms, one will no longer pursue the qualities of desire, and will especially delight in giving, proclaim the merits of giving, and will completely give away all possessions, gradually giving even one's own head, hands, feet, eyes, flesh, and blood to those who ask for them. What need is there to mention other piles of wealth? Manjushri, furthermore, there are some beings who hold the precepts of the Tathagatas. They wrongly enter into discipline and wrongly enter into views. Those who possess discipline only guard their discipline and do not seek extensive learning. They do not understand the profound meaning of the Sutras spoken by the Tathagata. Those who have heard much will become arrogant. Being oppressed by arrogance, they will be jealous of others and usurp the sacred Dharma. They will abandon it. Such foolish people are the retinue of Mara. They themselves enter the wrong path and cause hundreds of thousands of other beings to fall into a great precipice. Such beings will go to unbearable hells. Those who in the past, when they were humans, heard the name of the Blessed One, the Tathagata Medicine Guru, the light of lapis lazuli, even if they are in hell, by the power of the Buddha, the name of that Tathagata will appear. After they die from there, they will be reborn in the human world, becoming those with right view, those with diligence, and those with virtuous intention. They will renounce their homes and go forth into the teachings of the Tathagata, and eventually they will practice the conduct of a Bodhisattva. Manjushri, furthermore, there are some beings who praise themselves and, out of jealousy, speak unpleasant words to others. Those beings who praise themselves and slander others will experience suffering in the three lower realms for many thousands of years. After they have passed many thousands of years,

Thereafter, having died, they will be reborn in the animal realms, such as cows, horses, mules, and donkeys. They will be beaten with whips and sticks, their bodies will suffer from hunger and thirst, and they will be made to carry heavy loads on the road. If one in a hundred manages to obtain a human body, they will always be born into low castes, becoming slaves and subject to others' control. Those who were previously human and have heard the name of the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Samyaksambuddha, the Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru, will be completely liberated from all suffering by that root of virtue. They will become sharp-witted, intelligent, clear, with tamed minds, diligent in seeking all virtue, and will always find companionship with virtuous friends. They will cut the noose of Mara, break the shell of the egg of ignorance, and dry up the river of afflictions. They will be completely liberated from birth, old age, death, sorrow, lamentation, suffering, distress, and turmoil. Manjushri, furthermore, there are some beings who are particularly fond of flattery, and some beings who cause others to fight, quarrel, and compete with each other. Those beings, having become minds of contention, manifestly accumulate various kinds of non-virtue with body, speech, and mind. They do not wish each other well and always strive to harm each other. They will summon forest deities, tree deities, and mountain deities, and in cemeteries they will summon various different spirits. They will kill the lives of beings who have gone to the animal realms, and worship yakshas and rakshasas who eat flesh and drink blood. They will utter the name of the enemy or make an image of them, and there they will accomplish fierce mantras, and through curses and the practices of zombies, they will create obstacles to life and wish to completely destroy the body. For those who have heard the name of the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Medicine Master Bhaisajyaguru, whoever wishes to create obstacles
