If one wishes to have cows, one should eat the five products of a cow for one day at an anthill or a place where water gathers, bind the vajra hand gesture, and recite this essence thirty thousand times. Then, make offerings as much as possible. Make a calf-shaped figure of four fingers' length from rice flour, and burn it with a fire of Varuna wood. After performing fifty thousand fire offerings, it will come to me and play at midnight or sunrise. If you sprinkle it with water that has been blessed with the essence of the fierce vajra, it will not move. Buy a cow that is not priced, named "Fragrant," and feed it like one day. Each month, fill a vase with water mixed with ground sandalwood, and offer it with cows, incense, and flowers, and the cows will increase to hundreds and thousands without doubt. Similarly, if you want to have horses, elephants, female buffaloes, sheep, and yaks, burn rhododendron wood like one day and offer barley and milk, etc., and they will be born. If you make a fire offering of food, food will be born. If you make a fire offering of rice and butter mixed together, inexhaustible food will be born. Similarly, if you offer all grains, all grains will be born. Whatever you offer will be born. If you recite a mantra towards the mouth, you will always get a response. When the moon is seized by Rahu, make offerings, take white calamus and put it in your mouth, and look at the moon. Recite until the moon is released, and eating it will improve memory. It becomes good. If you perform a fire offering like that of Apamarga, making one hundred and eight fire offerings in a single day, everyone will be happy. Consecrate incense or flowers with a mantra, and whoever you give them to will be controlled. Atha rādzani maba śwa ka rtu ka mo gau rasa risha pa ku ku ma sam mi shi ra ni ra hā ro la kkham dzu hū yad. (Tibetan) Rādza baśi bhaba ti. (Tibetan) If you want to control a woman, mention her name, consecrate a mouthful of water with a mantra once, and if she drinks it, she will be controlled. If you want small livestock, perform a fire offering like that of Shuti, making one hundred and eight fire offerings three times a day, and you will obtain small livestock. If you want to cross a river, bind a person and cross, and all creatures swimming in the water will become stiff. If you want to make an army stiff, make a club of sixteen finger-widths from a seven-leaf tree, offer it with incense and flowers, mentioning the name, and plant it in the ground up to your knees. On top of that, for seven days, mix the fruit of Turushka and mustard seeds, and perform a hundred thousand fire offerings, and the army will be made stiff. Even if you do not cultivate peaceful wisdom, these activities and others will be accomplished. Another peaceful wisdom, the practice that is free from the Vajra's edge, is this: you do not need to choose dates or stars, nor do you need to fast, but go to a great monastery or a great charnel ground. Wear blue clothes, do not deviate from the path, eat beggar's food, and without arrogance, first recite the excellent essence mantra a hundred thousand times. By doing so, you will have performed a hundred million recitations of this great wrathful one's mantra. Then go to the top of a mountain and recite it a hundred thousand times. Then, on the full moon, make extensive offerings and recite throughout the night, and as the sun rises, the king of wrathful ones himself will come. The signs of his coming are that rays of light will emanate from the practitioner's body, his eyes will move, and his hands and feet will move; offer flowers and incense. Then a great drum sound will come from the north. After the drum sound comes, the king of wrathful ones himself will come, baring terrifying fangs and with his hair standing on end, as if threatening the practitioner; the practitioner should not be afraid.
