Therefore, all those beings who are liberated from aging, sickness, and death, all transform into various colors through the blessing of this sacred essence, assuming youthful forms and displaying various miraculous manifestations. The Bhagavan Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened One of Peaceful Wisdom—the King of Victory with Fully Blossomed Lotuses—also achieves self-realization naturally, without youthful rituals, without implements, and without pictorial forms. If one wishes to create a pictorial form, then on an auspicious day and time, without being stingy with the price, purchase threads. Having performed the rite of protection with the essence of the Great Vajra Wrathful One, create a mandala with cow dung and scatter flowers. The rope for weaving should have all its parts complete, and it should be woven by those who hold the name of virtue, observe fasting, eat three white foods, subdue their senses, possess Dharma, and are always delighted in Dharma, after being bathed in five ways. Let them weave a cloth of five or six cubits long without any fallen hair. Having bathed and anointed with scented oil, bound with a garland on the head, and made fragrant, make extensive offerings, burn agarwood incense, and give excellent rewards to the weavers, and then unravel the cloth. After unraveling, bless it with the mantra of the Great Wheel-Turning King, and in a clean place, scatter loose flowers, fumigate with incense and fumigation, and immerse it in scented water for seven days. Then take it out and dry it in the sun. Then, repeatedly coat the cloth with a fine powder mixed with camphor and saffron. It should also be coated with flowers such as dragon wood, champaka, and white sandalwood. By fasting, one can avoid the faults of engaging in inauspicious days and discordant times. On an auspicious day and time, playing various beautiful musical sounds, accompanied by auspicious wishes, make extensive offerings in the mandala strewn with flowers, prostrate to all the Tathagatas and pray. As before, the artist enters the Great Vajra Mandala, generates the mind of Bodhichitta, possesses compassion, and becomes a skilled and proficient wise person.

A person without work, possessing faith, wearing clean clothes, eating moderately, and observing vows, should use pure pigments unmixed with sarpa offerings to depict the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyak-sambuddha, the King of Flower Rain Abundance, inviting him to sit on a white lotus seat. He should be golden in color, possessing all the marks and signs, abiding in meditative absorption, surrounded by rays of light of various colors, with great light emanating from the crown of his head, and a slight smile on his face. Below him, draw the noble Giver Vajra, saffron-colored, wearing a silk or cotton lower garment, draped with a silk upper garment, with a five-petaled lotus crown on his head, kneeling on a white lotus seat, adorned with all kinds of ornaments, his right hand making a gesture of reverence to the Bhagavan, his left hand holding an utpala flower with a vajra, youthful in form, with the rays of light of the Tathagata falling on his head, illuminating their bodies, and abiding in the center of his own light web, gazing at the Bhagavan, like being in a jewel cave on a great jewel mountain. That jewel mountain should also be depicted as adorned with trees and shrubs of flowers of all seasons. Below, draw a great ocean. On one cloth, draw the noble Giver Vajra, abiding in the lotus posture in a jewel cave on a great jewel mountain, abiding in meditative absorption, youthful in form, wearing a silk or cotton skirt, draped with a silk upper garment, his left hand holding an utpala flower with a burning vajra, abiding within his own web of light, adorned with all kinds of ornaments. In his heart, draw the essence holding the attributes of peace, flames blazing and swirling, resembling the rays of the autumn moon, his right hand in the gesture of giving, his left hand holding a vajra, wearing white clothes, with a stream of water dripping from the fingers of his right hand. Below him, draw the practitioner according to the attributes he holds. He should be depicted holding a begging bowl in his hand and kneeling. In a secluded place, in front of him, make extensive offerings to the best of one's ability, and recite three times.

Reciting it a hundred thousand times is equivalent to having used it before. Just seeing this image liberates one from all sins. Whatever the materials for accomplishment may be, all of them will surely be accomplished. Even if someone is born into the condition of an outcaste due to sinful deeds, they will be liberated from their past sinful deeds immediately. In front of this image, all actions will be accomplished. In this world and the next, nothing will be scarce for them. If one sees the image, they will always have longevity, splendor, wealth, and fame. They will become fortunate and wise. Peaceful Wisdom said: Noble Giver of the Vajra, those sentient beings who have faith in this image are extremely rare. Noble Giver of the Vajra, if those who listen to or enter this category of Dharma, which is the gateway to entering the great mandala, will have paid homage to many Buddhas. What need is there to mention those who have received the great empowerment of the Vajra Hand and have entered this great Vajra mandala? They will surely attain the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Manjushri said: Peaceful Wisdom, it is indeed so, just as you have said. Those who listen to this teaching are Vajrasattvas. Peaceful Wisdom, those who have not cultivated roots of virtue will not even see or hear the great realization of the wheel of the great mandala. Peaceful Wisdom, it is like this: for example, the great wish-fulfilling jewel that completely fulfills all wishes will not appear on the path of sight for those who possess evil intentions and bad roots, for the purpose of completely fulfilling all wishes. Peaceful Wisdom, that jewel, the king of jewels, the wish-fulfilling jewel, for those sentient beings who possess many roots of virtue, just by seeing or touching it, they will become fortunate ones who can fulfill everything as they wish. Peaceful Wisdom, this category of Dharma should also be regarded in the same way. The Noble Vajrapani Empowerment, Chapter Eight. Then, Manjushri.
