I saw the Dharma teachings of the Dharma category called "The Arrangement of the Place of Mind." Why is that? Because, whatever Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas there are, endowed with the adornment of the essence of the flower base, showing the uncertain multitude of world realms, diligently engage in generating the mind of enlightenment and conduct, and attain the grounds, manifestly and completely Enlighten, turn the wheel of Dharma, and show the great complete Nirvana, all of these are blessed by the Bhagavan Vairochana. In short, whatever sentient beings there are who manifestly accumulate virtue, all of these are also because the Bhagavan Vairochana, in the past, when practicing the conduct of a Bodhisattva, was gathered by the four objects of gathering, namely, giving, sweet speech, beneficial conduct, and conduct in accordance with the meaning. They are the same cause and the same object that manifestly accumulate virtue. Thus, those Bodhisattvas see and enter into all of the Bhagavan Vairochana's great and vast wisdom, contemplate and attend to it, and however much virtue is manifestly accumulated, it is also by the same cause and the same object. Thus, those Bodhisattvas are wondrous and marvelous, having become the essence of the desire for amazement, thinking, "The Tathagata is inconceivable," and then becoming silent, they only contemplate and attend to the Bhagavan himself. Then, the Bhagavan, knowing the intention of those Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas in the place of amazement, emitted from his crown a wheel of light called "Truly Encouraging All Bodhisattvas," a thousandfold of rays of light. After it arose, it illuminated all the bodies of the Bhagavan Vairochana, and in the boundless realms of space and the ocean of worlds, whatever Bodhisattvas were abiding who had become endowed with power, they (heard): The all-knowing, perfect Buddha, The Bhagavan, free from all diseases, The palace of the sovereign king, In the place free from all faults, The great lion, content of heart.

座。有三百踰繕那（梵文：yojana）的量。在蓮花的心髓中安住。由諸菩薩圍繞。於彼處大雄以廣大莊嚴所化現。彼等之數量與形狀及顏色為何。那是無數劫中所不能宣說的。於彼處催促道，大英雄！圓滿正覺雙足尊！捨棄二念猶豫者！請觀斷除疑惑者！如是催促。其後彼等光芒催促一切菩薩後復還。安住於薄伽梵毘盧遮那之頂髻中自之處所。其後薄伽梵又從眉間放光，名為如意寶莊嚴藏之心髓，能真實催促一切佛陀，具有百千光芒眷屬之光芒。其又於一切佛土中，對彼等佛薄伽梵如是真實開示：引導者薄伽梵毘盧遮那！為了瞻仰與供養，以及為了利益有情而宣說法，汝等一切莫遲疑，請來此處！如是真實指示。其後彼等光芒又復還，融入薄伽梵之眉間。其後菩薩摩訶薩彼等光芒一催促之同時。對各自之如來應供正遍覺諸佛。世尊們，我等欲往瞻仰世尊毘盧遮那如來應供正遍覺彼者，並作禮拜。然國王自在之大殿，彼國王自在之大殿位於何佛土？世尊毘盧遮那於何處現證菩提之彼佛土名為何？彼菩提樹之心髓又是如何？如是請問。如是啟請時。彼等如來應供正遍覺。對各自之菩薩如是開示：善男子們，有世界名為花基心髓莊嚴。
