When the youth again became the Bodhisattva Tranquil Wisdom, he spoke thus. Tranquil Wisdom, furthermore, accomplishing the king of secret mantras to which you have vowed is like this: As in the previous ritual, go to the mountain peak and remain in your own place. Without speaking, bathe at the three times. Change clothes three times and recite the letters three hundred thousand times. Finally, on the full moon day, make offerings with whatever you can afford. Take any object and recite the name a thousand times, and it will surely be accomplished. As before, you will be surrounded by countless vidyadharas, and countless daughters of the gods will manifest musical instruments and dances, wandering in many worlds, making offerings to all the Tathagatas, manifesting many emanations, accomplishing the benefit of all sentient beings, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, going as desired, surely arising from aspirations, obtaining the dharani of proclaiming infinite sounds, comprehending and realizing the five superknowledges, becoming as radiant as the rising sun, swift as thought. As before, whatever you desire will surely be accomplished. If you wish to accomplish a painted image, as in the previous ritual, depict the Bhagavan residing in the world endowed with flowers, entering the supreme essence of bodhi, seated in the lotus posture and expounding the Dharma, having a golden body, endowed with all the marks and signs, with rays of light emanating from the crown of his head illuminating everything. Beneath the Bodhi tree, adorn all the Bodhi trees with sandalwood of Gorśirṣa, beautifully like a great wish-fulfilling tree. Depict the world beautifully adorned with various arrangements. On its right side, depict the Bodhisattva named Golden Lotus Heap, golden in color, adorned with all ornaments, holding a whisk in his hand, wearing silk clothes. On its left side, depict the Bodhisattva named Sandalwood Heap, blue-green like a priyangu flower, wearing silk clothes, adorned with all ornaments, holding a whisk in his hand. Eight should be drawn: the one who bestows with steadfastness, the one who bestows with vastness, the one who bestows with essence, the wisdom of the victor, the one who bestows without impurity, the Buddha's protection, the one who bestows with assembly, and the good-minded ones. On the right side, eight Bodhisattvas should be drawn, adorned with all ornaments, with different shapes, different attire, and different colors. Above, holders of knowledge-mantras should be drawn, their bodies immersed in clouds, raining down flowers. Below the Bhagavan, a holder of knowledge-mantras should be drawn, taking the form of a young holder, adorned with all ornaments, holding an Utpala flower in his hand, kneeling on his knees, with five offerings, receiving teachings, accompanied by flames, with a slightly smiling face, the essence of the Tathagata surrounded by rays of light. In front of him, a million recitations should be done, as before, combined with the ritual of the sacred essence. Likewise, all actions should be performed. If one recites constantly, it will not decline; it is not otherwise. O Peaceful Intelligence, if one desires the conduct of a Bodhisattva, the wealth of a Bodhisattva who practices the door of secret mantras, and wishes to accomplish any essence, then the one who sees the mandala should take any ritual as before, bathe at the three times, change clothes three times and wash them, then apply perfume, and with a very joyful mind, recite six hundred thousand times. Then, finally, offer whatever is available, and if one performs a fire offering at night with ghee, yogurt, honey, and butter lamps, one will attain the position of a great minister. If it is not accomplished, it will turn into various actions, and one will give away land. Immersed in the water flowing into the ocean, submerged for a moment, and reciting three hundred thousand times together with the sacred essence, one will see treasure. If one burns eight thousand guggul incense, firewood, and butter lamps, one will give away eight sacred villages. In the hole of an Asura, without eating, burning mustard seeds and salt, and performing a hundred thousand fire offerings together with the essence without a vajra edge, the daughters of the Asuras will appear and enter.
