Being praised by the sounds of sweet and pleasant celestial music and clapping, as follows: In order to obtain the unsurpassed deed of making great offerings to the Tathagata, riding on that wheel and going, in the mandalas of all the Buddha's retinues, for the sake of offering, in every instant, all the flowers, all the incense, all the garlands, all the burning incense, all the cloths, all the clothes, all the powders, as well as horses, as well as elephants, as well as chariots, as well as all immeasurable palaces, as well as all pleasant sounds of music, as well as food and drink, as well as all food and drink, as well as all the daughters of the gods, as well as the wish-fulfilling trees of the heavens, as well as the medicinal trees of the heavens, as well as all the gold, jewels, and pearl necklaces, as well as the layered heavenly palaces at all times. Bhagavan, how much is this great wheel king of secret mantras unequal and equal, it is truly wonderful. Manjushri, those who constantly remember the great miraculous power will also have immeasurable collections of qualities. Having said thus.

妙吉祥童子对菩萨摩诃萨寂静慧如是说：寂静慧，是这样的，是这样的，如你所说。世尊转轮王具有无量功德之聚。寂静慧，譬如，此大地是众生一切资生之处，广大无边，无分别，无种种分别。如是，世尊转轮王亦无分别，无种种分别。何以故？大地是无分别之故。寂静慧，譬如，此大地生长一切庄稼，使一切众生一切希望皆得圆满。寂静慧，如是，世尊转轮王亦以听闻、思惟、禅定、念诵、修持等一切方式，使菩萨之行，密咒之门，行持者之所有意愿皆得圆满。寂静慧，譬如，如来不可思议，龙不可思议，禅定不可思议，魔不可思议，业不可思议。凡是正确宣说者所说，即是对转轮王正确宣说。何以故？因为所有不可思议皆由此而生。寂静慧，无论是世间或出世间的某些禅定，修禅定者，魔，欲界自在者，龙，或佛世尊，凡是具有不可思议之法者，皆为世尊转轮王所加持。亦示现种种神通变化。寂静慧，你以这些方式也能明白，世尊转轮王如何成为一切密咒之主，成为首领，成为自在者，以及超越这一切。

Mañjuśrīkumārabhūta spoke thus to the Bodhisattva Mahāsattva Śāntamati: "Śāntamati, it is so, it is so, as you have said. The Bhagavan Cakravartin is endowed with an immeasurable collection of qualities. Śāntamati, for example, this great earth is the dwelling place of all beings, vast and boundless, without discrimination, without various discriminations. Likewise, the Bhagavan Cakravartin is also without discrimination, without various discriminations. Why is that? Because the great earth is without discrimination. Śāntamati, for example, this great earth produces all crops, fulfilling all the hopes of all beings. Śāntamati, likewise, the Bhagavan Cakravartin also, through hearing, thinking, meditation, recitation, and practice, in all ways, fulfills all the intentions of the Bodhisattva's conduct, the door of secret mantras, and the practitioners. Śāntamati, for example, the Tathāgata is inconceivable, the Nāga is inconceivable, meditation is inconceivable, Māra is inconceivable, karma is inconceivable. Whatever is spoken by those who speak correctly is spoken correctly about this Cakravartin. Why is that? Because all these inconceivables arise from this. Śāntamati, whether it be worldly or transworldly meditations, those who practice meditation, Māra, the lord of the desire realm, Nāgas, or the Buddha Bhagavan, all those who are endowed with inconceivable Dharma are blessed by this Bhagavan Cakravartin. He also shows various magical transformations. Śāntamati, through these methods, you can also understand how the Bhagavan Cakravartin is the lord of all secret mantras, the chief, the sovereign, and beyond all this."

应当知晓那无与伦比的殊胜之处。如轮宝一般，还要修持宝剑、三尖矛、竖起的三尖矛、短矛、铁钩、战斧、单尖武器、犁、绳索、卡纳亚、铁箭、铁链、弓、棍棒、长矛、腰部细的木槌以及各种各样的手杖。还要修持力果木、牛黄、杜鹃等各种物品，它们的成就也同样有三种。如果想要修持药丸，就念诵世尊转轮王的咒语三十万遍。之后，将杜鹃、力果木、阿达姆古普塔的根和安达布什皮卡的根等量混合，制成藏柏树种子大小的药丸，用三种金属包裹。手持轮宝或宝剑，在舍利塔或佛像前禁食，从日落时分开始，一直念诵到轮宝和宝剑发出蓝色或黄色光芒为止，这样修行者就能显现并获得成就。他将具有太阳升起般的颜色，像风一样行走，寿命长久，能够隐身，变成想要的形象，此人死后也将转生到统治者的位置。如果绘制画像或没有画像进行修持，也会赐予成就。 如果想要修持画像，就让婆罗门或王族的女儿，容貌姣好、肢体完整、持守斋戒的人，用不计价格购买的木棉纺纱，在吉祥的日期、行为和瞬间，让肢体完整的织布工织布。牛粪不要掉在地上，用牛粪涂抹坛城，用熏香、鲜花和香等供养。头发要剃光，保持平整柔顺。织布机的各个部件也要用牛的五种精华和香水清洗。寂静的智慧一切。

One should recognize the unsurpassed excellence that is unique. Like the wheel, one should also accomplish the sword, the trident, the raised trident, the short spear, the iron hook, the battle-ax, the single-pointed weapon, the plow, the rope, the kanaya, the iron arrow, the iron chain, the bow, the club, the spear, the narrow-waisted mallet, and various kinds of staffs. One should also accomplish various items such as lig-bu-mig, gi-wang, and rhododendron, and their accomplishments are also threefold in the same way. If one wishes to accomplish pills, one should recite the mantra of the Bhagavan Chakravartin three hundred thousand times.
