Light a butter lamp made of yellow wax butter. If you perform a fire offering with mustard seeds at midnight, then it will be accomplished. You will be loved by everyone, act as you wish, possess the form you desire, and be endowed with glory. World Honored One, whoever remembers this essence at all times, I and my retinue will follow after him. If one wishes to accomplish, then whether he is standing, sitting, lying down, or walking on the road, just as I have been completely subdued, bind that person. The four-faced one is fully established, and the mudra is bound. One should do this from the first day to the fifteenth day of the month.
