The great ancestor Bodhisattva Vajrapani said thus: "Oh, Blessed One, for the benefit of practitioners, we also offer our own heart essence in this great mandala. Namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyaḥ sarva mukhebhyaḥ sarva thāka pīla jyoti niraṇada viṅgalā locana svāhā. This heart essence of mine can fulfill all wishes. With this, I can also summon myself and have power. May it increase auspiciousness. May it bestow wealth. If recited constantly, wealth will accumulate. If this heart essence is constantly used for food offerings in fire rituals, food will arise. In short, whatever substance is offered in the fire ritual, that substance will arise. If you wish to accomplish something, go to the top of a mountain, seek food through begging, and recite this heart essence three hundred thousand times. Finally, offer whatever you can afford, make a fire pit, and offer ten thousand times with young branches of juniper, firewood, yogurt, honey, and butter lamps. Then you will be accomplished and do joyful deeds. Then the winds, including those with garlands of clouds, bowed with palms together towards the Bodhisattva Vajrapani, wherever he was, and said thus: "Oh, Blessed One, we also offer our own heart essence in this great mandala. For the practitioners who wish to accomplish siddhis, we will fulfill all their wishes. Namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyaḥ sarva mukhebhyaḥ sarva thā bhramara bhramare capali capalike herambi ni svāhā. Those who practice the conduct of Bodhisattvas and practice the door of secret mantras should first recite this heart essence three hundred thousand times, and then we will grant all their deeds. If someone wishes to accomplish something, they should not eat food and recite it ten thousand times. Finally, offer whatever you can afford and make a mandala with cow dung that has not fallen to the ground.

Then, while the flags are waving, recite the mantra, and from then on, it will be accomplished, and one will rejoice in activities such as generating and repelling. Then, the king of stars, the Moon, said this to the Bodhisattva Vajrapani: "Lord, I also offer my own heart essence to this great mandala, in order to completely pacify all suffering and to perfectly establish auspiciousness."
