The essence of Vajrapani also became the wrathful king, called the Great Flame of Destruction, emitting great laughter and horse-like sounds, gathering all the essences of the retinue endowed with everything, becoming equal to the sky itself, and entering the mandala of the essence of Vajrapani. Vajrapani also abided in the mandala of great compassion, and at that time, he abided in the state of equality with all the Tathagatas. Then, those Tathagatas said "Well done" to Vajrapani and gave the teaching: The practice of mantra is like an ocean, This essence is endowed with great power, This teaching is the protector, In this place of the Great Vehicle, The difficult to tame are always tamed, Great hero, you explain. Then, Manjushri, having become a youth, seeing that all the retinue endowed with everything had fallen into the great vajra wheel mandala, greatly aroused compassion, gazed for a long time with both eyes, and blessed them with this great essence of the supreme vajra, the supreme generosity, and for the sake of the great practice mandala, gazed at the great vajra mandala. Having obtained the victory over the supreme Dharma of all the Tathagatas, the Bodhisattva Vajrapani said this: Son of the lineage, please grant this retinue a small gateway to enter the samaya, so that they may obtain the hope of life and faith in this teaching, and offer their own secret mantra essence. Having spoken thus, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajrapani said to Manjushri, who had become a youth: Having obtained mastery over samadhi, Unobstructed like the sky, Of all the Buddhas everywhere, Always accomplishing all wishes, The practice of all secret mantras, And likewise the practice of secret mantras, Austerities, signs, and forms, Time, place, and ritual, please speak. Bisara Bisara! Sphura Sphura! Uddhotite! Hari Pingale! Chati Bichati! Jwale Bijwale! Vajra Ghona! Vajra Sara Drishta Prahara Ne! Mati Bhute! Ratna Traya! Atita Le! Vajra Dhara Bishasma! Aprati Hata Prama Mardani Svaha! Then, Manjushri, having become a youth, spoke to those retinues: Sons of lineage, remember this Vidya Queen, Vajra Unconquerable, the Great Confuser, for it will bring you benefit, happiness, and life. As soon as Vajrapani spoke this great Vidya, then the holy Dana Vajra blessed the retinue and spoke in one voice: Homage! Bhagavan Vajra Unconquerable, the Great Confuser, homage to you! Having said this, in that very instant, the retinue stood up, looking at Samantabhadra and the other Bodhisattvas, as well as the Bodhisattva Vajrapani and Manjushri, who had become a youth, and spoke these words: Alas! Wisdom, alas! Joy! Alas! Mantra wisdom, inconceivable! Therefore, all of us also possess protectors, meditation, joy, and are free from mental defilements, vowing to uphold the Buddha's teachings. In the presence of all the Buddhas, all of us have arrived. In this great method of the King of Rituals, we now offer the essence. Then, Brahma spoke these words to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, I also offer my own essence in these many mandalas of the great empowerment of Vajrapani, arranged in order.
