The essence of the flower realm is adorned. Then, the Bodhisattva Essence of Clouds was sent to that place, to the great palace of the ruling king, to behold and pay homage to the Bhagavan Vairochana. Then, the Bodhisattva Essence of Clouds disappeared from that world. Countless billions of nayutas of Bodhisattvas surrounded him and gathered before him. Together with those great Bodhisattvas, he went to where the Bhagavan was. He circumambulated the Bhagavan hundreds of thousands of times, and then, as he had come, remained in the southeast direction. The great clouds, the clouds of awareness in the form of the supreme vajra body, blessed the clouds of the great lotus king. With the most supreme and vast clouds of offerings, he filled and pervaded the entire world. From the southwest direction, the Bhagavan Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened Buddha Vajra Great Crown, bestowed the essence born of vajra upon the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajra Hero. Then, the Bhagavan Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened Buddha Vajra Crown, spoke this essence born of vajra: namaḥ sarva mukhebhyaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyaḥ sarva thā vajroddhu be svāhā. Then, the Bodhisattva Vajra Hero disappeared from that world. Countless billions of nayutas of Bodhisattvas surrounded him and gathered before him. Together with those great Bodhisattvas, he went to the place where the essence of the flower realm is adorned, to the place where the palace of the ruling king is, to the place where the Bhagavan Vairochana is. He circumambulated the Bhagavan hundreds of thousands of times, and then, as he had come, remained in the southwest direction. The great vajra ornaments born of the great vajra filled and pervaded the entire world, adorned with the form of vajra.

From the northwest direction, the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha, with a melodious voice, bestowed upon the Bodhisattva Dragon Sound King the essence of proclaiming the Vajra sound. Then, the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha, with an extremely melodious voice, spoke this essence of the Vajra letters: namaḥ sarva-mukhebhyaḥ sarva-tathāgatebhyaḥ sarvathā vajra-rakṣa-nirghoṣa-vikrānta svāhā. Together with those great Bodhisattvas, he went to the world called the Ornamentation of the Essence of the Flower Base, and to the great palace of the King's Dominion, and to where the Bhagavan Vairochana was. Just as he had come, he remained in the northwest direction, making this Buddha-field known to all with limitless melodies of knowledge, and sat upon the great precious lotus that had certainly arisen from his own aspiration. From below, the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha, the essence of the pure Jewel Lotus, spoke this Vajra essence of the King of Great Conduct, the branch of the Bodhisattva Lotus: namaḥ sarva-mukhebhyaḥ sarva-tathāgatebhyaḥ sarvathā hūṃ he svāhā.
