Then, those Thus-gone Ones again gave the Great Wheel-Turning King and other essences of the Great Vajra to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajrapani. Having given them, they illuminated all the worlds endowed with the great net of light rays, the dense forests adorned with various banners of Sala trees, and the mandalas of all the retinues, and by the power of the blessings of the three dharmas, they blessed the Bodhisattva Vajrapani, transformed themselves into the nature of the Dharmadhatu in the mandala of the Dharmadhatu, and then disappeared. At that time, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni also spoke to the Bodhisattva Vajrapani: "Son of the lineage, all the Thus-gone Ones have empowered you with the Vajra in the Great Mandala of the Wheel-Turning King, you have been empowered." I bestow upon you the vajra made from countless billions of trilliions of samādhis. The vajra of the great Chakravartin empowers you. All the vajra essence has been shown to you. All the Tathāgatas have granted you to do and protect all the meanings that have been shown to you. Your great aspiration of the past has been completely fulfilled. Son of the family, now you must show your own miraculous transformations. Son of the family, speak of the great mandala of the empowerment of Vajrapani. Having said this, Vajrapani said to the Bhagavan: I shall act as the Lord of Dharma has said. Bhagavan, I have obtained great rarity, and I have obtained the supreme victorious Dharma, because the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Samyaksambuddha has shown loving-kindness to me.
