Will always be endowed with glory. All sins will be completely purified. For those who have accumulated roots of virtue for hundreds of thousands of millions of Buddhas, this will also manifest like a single day. At the time of death, they will also be fully watched over by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. If they are also born in Sukhavati after death, what need is there to mention those who hold, read, remember, or even just hold its name, all their obscurations will be cleared away. It will cut off the gates of the lower realms. It will keep the lower realms and evil paths far away. Whoever rises in the morning and recites it once will be liberated from the suffering of samsara. The Noble Vajrapani Empowerment, the twelfth chapter, which is the last. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Manjushri Kumara said this to the Bodhisattva Vajrapani: Lord of Secrets, if someone draws this mandala king and enters into it, how much will be the accumulation of his merit? Vajrapani said: Manjushri, I am unable to point out the measure of his accumulation of merit, however, Manjushri, the accumulation of merit of a son or daughter of good family should be understood to be as many as there are dust particles on the earth. Manjushri, in the future, there will be sinful beings who do not believe in this way. Manjushri, those who are full of doubt, have the nature of various discriminations, are completely controlled by unwholesome friends, do not respect their father, do not respect their mother, slander teachers and lamas, and are beings who seek the faults of lamas, do not let them hold this mandala of the great wisdom empowerment dharani mantra. Nor should they be allowed to hear it. Manjushri, do not speak in front of them. Nor should what is written in books be opened in front of them, because those sinful beings, even if they abandon it slightly, will quickly fall into the evil realms of hell. They will say that this was not spoken by the Buddha, and those people will also abandon me.

It also destroys others for me. I say that for those sentient beings who do so, there is no accomplishment of secret mantras. The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas also always turn their backs on them. After they turn their backs, they will surely fall, and there will never be any accomplishment of secret mantras. After saying this, Manjushri Kumara said to the Bodhisattva Vajrapani: Those Bodhisattva Mahasattvas who have faith in this secret mantra Dharma are extremely rare. Manjushri, just as you said, they will surely attain the unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, and the Tathagatas will bless them. After that, Manjushri Kumara said to the Bodhisattva Vajrapani: Bodhisattva Mahasattva, if someone writes, recites, and upholds this great Dharani mandala of great wisdom empowerment, one should know how much merit accumulation he has. Vajrapani said: Manjushri, how much merit accumulation the Tathagatas have in as many worlds as there are dust motes in ten directions, one should also know that his merit accumulation is also that much. Why? Because the Tathagata himself abides in the nature of these Dharani mantras, and those fools who do not understand this principle will not know it. Manjushri, furthermore, all the Bodhisattvas who have obtained Dharani and obtained power over all sentient beings, who perform various supernatural powers and transformations, and all the offering clouds that appear in the mandala of all the Tathagata's retinue, all of these are the power of these Dharani mantras. Those Bodhisattva Mahasattvas who subdue the armies of Mara, and those who manifest enlightenment and turn the wheel of Dharma, these are also the power of these Dharani mantras. Manjushri, whoever is initiated into this secret great wisdom empowerment mandala, that person has entered into all vows. Why?

Therefore, there is nothing other than this mandala of dharani mantras. Why is that? Because this mandala is the nature of the Tathagata. Therefore, whoever receives empowerment here receives the empowerment of all mandalas. Manjushri, in whatever direction this mandala of dharani mantras for the great wisdom empowerment is made, or whoever holds it in their hand, or for whom it is asked, or whoever gets up in the morning and recites it once a day, no fears will arise for them. All the Tathagatas will also see them every day. At the time of death, all the Tathagatas will also show them their bodies. Manjushri, look, all the trees and forests that live on the earth, if there is no earth, they will not exist either. Manjushri, similarly, all the Tathagatas and great Bodhisattvas who have attained mastery over their minds also abide in these dharani mantras. Because of the blessings of these, they attain the state of omniscience. They conquer the Maras, turn the wheel of Dharma, and attain perfect enlightenment. Then they also do various kinds of things for the benefit of sentient beings, all of which are the power of these dharani mantras. Manjushri, therefore you should also listen, hold, remember, and widely proclaim it to others, so that it will benefit and bring happiness to all sentient beings. Manjushri, in whatever place this great mandala of dharani mantras for the great wisdom empowerment is made, that place will become like a stupa. Whoever holds it in their hand should also generate the thought of seeing the teacher as a Buddha. Manjushri, that mantra holder will be constantly blessed by all the Tathagatas. The mantra holder should also always protect this great mandala of dharani mantras like protecting a treasure box. Why is that? Manjushri, whichever sentient being has a nature without respect for the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas
