One must certainly take up the suppression. The mantra practitioner is fearless of mantras. Therefore, he releases wrath wherever he is. In the manner of suppressing with the vajra. Planting the left foot. If struck with the vajra suppression. Even the great lord will be reduced to powder. If struck with the vajra suppression. All the lands will shake violently. Mount Meru, Mount Mandara, Mount Kailash, and The surrounding mountains will shake and change. What need to mention the gates of the Asuras? Vajradhara spoke thus. The striking transforms into a hundred forms. Like scattering chaff with a handful of palms. The master, the Vajradhara. The method of beginning the purification of the ground is: Joining the vajra palms. Placing them at the heart, causing them to increase. Joining the heels of the feet. With the hands performing a dance gesture. In the manner of placing the feet. Placing the right and left feet. Moving the feet. Then joining the heels again. The dance posture is just like that. Rotating completely in the four directions. In the central position of wrath. Moving swiftly with the vajra step. Joining the vajra palms. Wrapping the ring finger with the middle finger. Holding both in a fist. With the step of joining the heels. Placing and lifting on the ground. Extending completely to the right. Clearing away all obstacles. Saying "me me." Whatever is inside. The mantra practitioner should clear everything away. Accompanied by ཧཱུྃ་ (hūṃ, बीज, hūṃ, seed syllable, Hum, meaning of subduing) and accompanied by ཕཊ་ (phaṭ, बीज, phaṭ, seed syllable, Phat, meaning of destroying). Advance quickly with Vajra steps, in the posture of extending the right, in the manner of placing the foot, rotate again in this way. Emit the sound of "Hūṃ", and similarly in the four directions, by rotating the Vajra fist, all obstacles will tremble. One with Vajra wisdom, if wanting to contract and discard the earth, with the pace of placing the feet, quickly extend to the right, placing one foot on the summit of Mount Sumeru, and the other foot on the summit of Mount Tise (Mount Kailash). Thus placing the feet, completely perform the discarding. Under the earth is the left hand, above the earth is the right hand, uttering the sound of "Alala", if throwing all the world realms, what more to say of those obstacles. Those evil seducers and intense haters, from this human world, what more to say of throwing them elsewhere. If wanting to burn all the world realms, with the same foot posture, enter into the four directions. Advance quickly with Vajra steps, in the posture of extending the right, like twelve suns, with unbearable flames in a row. Stabilize the left foot, the Vajra holder raises the arm, bending the body, lifting the right foot, the mantra holder rotates like a wheel. Gathering all the winds, transforming the sky into fire-like, entering into a burning kalpa. The Vajra held in the hand, visualize it like Mount Sumeru, suppressing with the sound of "Hūṃ" (ཧཱུྃ，हुं，hūṃ，Destroying), if throwing the Vajra downwards, together with the mountains and forests, all the lands will shake. After that, it will turn into ashes.
