If all vows, Śrāvakas and Pratyekabuddhas cannot fully know, what need to mention other sentient beings? Unless it is the great Bodhisattvas who do not rely on others, and those who belong to the Tathāgata lineage, and are blessed by all the Tathāgatas. There is a mandala of great Vajra wisdom empowerment, called the Great Vajra Hand Empowerment, which is the supreme of secrets. Then, Bodhisattva Samantabhadra and all the complete retinue spoke in one voice: "Bhagavan, now is the time! Sugata, now is the opportunity!" Then, the Bhagavan entered the samādhi called "The Essence of Accomplishment that Accurately Shows Past Conduct," and from the gate of pure past conduct, spoke this king of secret mantras, the great Vajra source. namaḥ sarva mukhebhyaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyaḥ sarva thā khaṃ. (Tibetan: ན་མཿསརྦ་མུ་ཁེ་བྷྱཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏེ་བྷྱཿསརྦ་ཐཱ་ཁཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमः सर्व मुखेभ्यः सर्व तथागतेभ्यः सर्व था खं, Sanskrit Romanization: namaḥ sarva mukhebhyaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyaḥ sarva thā khaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Homage to all mouths, Homage to all Tathagatas, All thus space). As soon as the king of secret mantras was spoken, all the complete retinue, with hearts filled with wonder, spoke in one voice: "Alas! Wisdom is exceedingly joyful! Contemplation has attained supreme bliss! Everything is under its control!" Then, the Bhagavan, knowing that all the complete retinue were in utter amazement, emitted rays of light called "Encouraging All Bodhisattvas" from the lotus. After the light appeared, it illuminated all the places of the Bodhisattvas, and again entered the lotus of the Bhagavan himself. At that time, the Bodhisattva Mahāsattva Samantabhadra, in all the adorned worlds of the essence of the flower ground, made the aspiration to show the past conduct of the Bhagavan Vairocana, and holding the power to subdue the Yakshas, in the human realm of Jambudvipa in the center, in the grove of willows, the place of the great nomadic leader of the Yakshas, was illuminated by the light of that ray, and his eyes and face expanded, and he specifically spoke this verse: Contemplate the inconceivable nature of the Tathāgata.

Always abide in the equality of the three times, Vajrasattva, Vajra Supreme, please come quickly! In the ten directions, how many Buddhas are there? You who benefit sentient beings and possess immeasurable forms, You are the leader of the meaning of all of them, Secret Lord, supreme sentient being, please come quickly! Secret holy sentient heart, difficult to tame, always taming, obtaining power, please come quickly! Born of steadfast action, know the time and measure, please come quickly! Obtaining the holy one, please come quickly! Giving the holy one, please come quickly! Making glory, gathering glory, possessing glory, son of the Sugata, please come quickly! Good sentient being, great strength, like a vajra, please come quickly! Son of the Buddha, fearless one, supreme of the powerful, please come quickly! Always in the three existences, making the heart happy, please come quickly! Showing the true path, abiding in the ten powers, please come quickly! Your body is beautiful and extremely adorned, elephant ears, you, please come quickly! Having various forms, without error, seeing brings joy, please come quickly! Form of walking and leaping, please come, come Nadakubera! Always holding various garlands of clothes, crest and necklace, please come quickly! Obtaining fearlessness, please come quickly!
