Above hung bells of huge jewels and a net of bells, many pearl necklaces were hung, many silk ribbons were hung, and pleasant and delightful sounds of musical instruments and clappers were emitted. Heavenly utpala flowers, water lilies, white lotuses, and supreme fragrances spread throughout that place. In this way, by the blessing of the Buddha and the miraculous power of the Buddha, all the dense forests covered with various sala tree banners were surrounded by a huge vajra wheel wall, and became the courtyard of the vajra mandala, with a water surface width of ten million kotis of yojanas, always decorated with flowers. The eight qualities of heavenly water filled every corner, which was caused by the deeds of the Bodhisattva, just as the pure abode of the Paranirmitavasavartin king was also caused by pure karma, dazzling.

As soon as the Bhagavan entered into Samadhi, all the Tathagatas uttered words of praise, saying "Excellent!" and spoke this essence called Vajra Source Place: Great Hero, well done! Well done! Vajra Source Place, Mighty One! Shakya Lion, Protector!
