Then, Vajradhara spoke the hand gestures of the limbs, including the great secret: The wise one should first bind the hand gesture called the vow, having remembered the essence of the Buddha, he should move his right hand. Om, the wisdom hand gesture of the complete Buddhas, which destroys the city of ignorance, is called the hand gesture of the vajra wisdom fully displayed. Having raised the right hand, if one completely moves it in the upward direction, the haters will be expelled, and those who move will also be shaken. Having made the gesture of folded palms, having raised the right hand, the yogi should place it on the crown of the head. The flame garland called "Kha," also together with the bindu, should be placed on top of the crown of the head. The flame garland blazes everywhere, shining brightly in all ten directions.
